Warren Jay Waldow JR.

I've brought my children there for years. His practice has a good reputation and most people I know in the Fairport area, go there. We've always found it to be a warm and inviting environment, with caring staff. Shortly after COVID hit, my daughter started complaining of a toothache. I called and left a message with the answering service. Dr. Waldow immediately called. I sent a picture of her mouth and within moments, there was a prescription for antibiotics, as well as a follow up call with care tips, to help tie us over until offices can safely reopen.

First time at the office for my kids. Secretary at the window was immediatly rude and told me that if I just put forth a little effort that I would have a dental card. She could not understand that the card I have from my work has the information for all the benefits on the same card. She continued to accuse me of putting forth no effort to get a card and told me that others from my work have separate cards. I called the dental insurance from their office and they don't have seperate cards.

I Love Dr. Waldow and all the gals in his office as well! He is always patient with all my kids and explains everything very carefully while showing me details on the X-rays as well. Dr. Waldow is a kind, outgoing person who is always willing to go that extra mile for my kids. Every single hygienist there is super friendly as well. My kids have enjoyed going for years!
