Rude and not professional. I was having serious symptoms and he did not listen and hung up on me before I was even done telling him my symptoms. I have never dealt with a worse doctor.

Picture this, you are at Disney World's Grand Floridian. Five days into an eight day vacation, the flu hit like a ton of bricks. I called Disney's on-call MD and was told to call Uber and go to Urgent Care. This made no sense, we would be infecting so many people! I called Dr. Mason's office the receptionist was beyond wonderful, took down all the info and said someone would call me back. Roxanne called me and said that both myself and my husband would receive treatment. She faxed the prescription to a pharmacy that delivers and voila, by late afternoon we were able to start treatment. This office is so understanding, so professional. I think his fat nurse has no bedside manner and he is all about getting people in and out and not looking into the problem or concerned with the health of his patients
