Absolutely amazing place!

Amazing staff and service! Will be recommending them to anyone that needs any help with hypospadias. My son was in the best hands! We can't thank them enough!

Dr. Snodgrass is very kind and caring. His team makes me feel confident in my son's procedures and his outcome.

Ive been waiting to write this review. We are almost 1 year post op from cams 4th and final surgery. Dr Snodgrass and Dr Bush are amazing. Cameron had perineal hypospadias w/ chordee (worst case scenario.) I thought we were hopeless honestly until I spoke to Dr Snodgrass. My son had 4 surgeries that started in 2017. Its been quite the journey and I didnt know what to expect. Today my son is 3 and a half fully functioning perfect looking parts and potty trained! I want to thank this team for making my son perfect. Thanks to Dr Snodgrass and Dr Bush my son will have a normal life. Im so grateful and couldnt thank them more. Dr. Snodgrass and Dr. Bush did an amazing job for my son’s hypospadias. My son already had five surgeries before I finally found Dr. Snodgrass. We traveled all over the States for his surgeries but this decision to travel to Texas to see Dr. Snodgrass was a life saver. The whole team from his office to the Doctors themselves were absolutely amazing. They really care and listen and make everything go smooth. They are absolute the best surgeons. I already had given up on ever being able to fix my son’s hypospadias. When I found Dr. Snodgrass and Dr. Bush, I was so relieved. The nicest people ever. Amazing surgeons. Thank you! Dr. Snodgrass is #1 for hypospadias repair . He fixed my son with a severe case of hypospadias and curvature after a failed surgery with a local surgeon in PA . He is by far the best doctor ! Great bedside manners and truly knows what he is talking about when it comes to these repairs. I wish I would have went to him from the get go. If you want a doctor with lots of experience & success rates when it comes to Hypospadias repairs . This is the doctor ! We absolutely loved him and his passion for this condition.

I waited a couple of years after my surgery to leave a review because I was nervous about recovery (I'm in my 30s). I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr. Snodgrass is the real deal. His technique fixes form and function. Any signs of my surgery are extremely minimal. It wasn't a fun experience and took a long time for the skin to heal completely, but it was 1000% worth it. It made me feel normal for the first time in my life, and I had the confidence to date and start my first long-term relationship within a year of having it done. My only regret is that I didn't have the procedure done sooner. My parents sent me to a surgeon when I was a baby who did a terrible job and did not fix anything. Growing up with hypospadias is honestly tough and has psychological consequences I didn't fully appreciate until after mine was repaired. My only advice: avoid traveling until the catheter is out and only sleep in shorts with extremely loose waist bands.

Dr. Snodgrass is the best boss!

Dr. Snodgrass is honestly one of the most brilliant people I have ever met. He personally cares for his patients so much. He spends so much time fighting for them, standing up for them, and making sure they receive the best possible care. If 10 stars was an option, I would be giving 10. Incredible physician with a staff like nothing I have ever seen before. We live in Louisiana and traveled to Frisco for our sons second attempt at a hypospadias repair. The first surgery was performed in our hometown in Shreveport, LA. We are SO thankful we found Dr. Snodgrass through a friend so he could take care of our son for the second surgery. From our initial phone conversation, to the consultation, day of surgery, after care and follow ups we were treated like we were the only patient on the schedule. They never rush you, they communicate via email, you name it, they do it! The staff is unbelievably kind and intelligent and we are just proud to have experienced a practice like PARC Urology. We visited PARC Urilogy on 7/2015 for my son's infant surgery. On 10/2016 we received a bill for his surgery. Mind you, we had met our out of pocket deductible by 7/2015, yet they still sent a bill. 15 months too late. I have left 3 messages to address this and no one has ever bothered to return my calls. I finally got through to someone today (12/2016) and they said in their notes that they have called me back on 11/14/2016 to address the bill. This NEVER HAPPENED. I can provide phone recor

We traveled out of state to have Dr Snodgrass preform surgery on our son. He was fantastic over the phone and email- helping us before we arrived. He was attentive to every detail during our pre surgical appointment and we had a next day surgery. His team is wonderful and so reassuring. Post op Dr Snodgrass and his team helped with our many questions and helping us with amazing post op care. Can't recommend enough!

Excellent experience. Dr. Snodgrass is a true expert in his field and highly regarded by his fellow colleagues. As a fellow physician, I was referred to him by another Urologist I trained with in California who immediately recommended Snodgrass as an innovator in the field and the guy who writes the textbooks.
