Hands down the best doc I have ever had!!! He is so nice and professional! He has helped me through every step of the way with my healthcare journey.

Dr. Saade is never at this practice. He has been my doctor for 15+ years and I haven't seen him in at least 3 years, maybe more. The clinic has gone downhill rapidly. Wait times are ridiculously long, and the mistakes they constantly make ie: forgetting to send a prescription in or to the wrong pharmacy, not correcting medical records. They have medications listed that I am supposedly allergic to and am not, that they have "removed" but each time I visit they are still on there. Heck their phlebotomist said she has never met him and has been there for 8 months! I'm sorry when I make an appointment to see a doctor I think I should see a doctor and not nurse protractioners, or give a discount since they aren't a doctor. Dr. W is the best doctor I have ever had in my adult life. His bedside manner is unmatched. It is so hard to find a provider that you are comfortable with and that doesn't just treat you like another patient to get thru and then on to the next one. He is genuinely caring and always treats my family and me with kindness. I am so blessed to have found his office.

Dr. Saade is really good himself. But I would pass on the clinic. It is run as a quick urgent care center and it's great for that. Don't let them be your primary. His partner is not good at all (my whole family saw her). Simple phone / fax refill requests on things like blood pressure and diabetes meds will result in a lecture and warning that you must make an office visit. That's a good way maximize charges to the insurance company for visits, but seriously the lecturing is not needed.
