Horrible office, very unprofessional, the office assistants are using profane language and are very lazy with an attitude. Dr. Gill is very rude and talks down on his patients as if he’s better than them. The office smells like homeless people and get ready for a 2 hour wait just to be seen by him. Also he will probably deny you any treatment and refer you to go somewhere else, which makes the visit totally pointless. Never go here, if google had a negative 5 star review I would select that option. This office would better serve society if it was not in service.

If I could give him 0 stars i would. I have been trying to get into an appointment for over 3 months. I have left over 50+ messages to him and his answering service. 100% would not recommend. Take the drive to Victorville. Don't waste your time here.

Just called like 5 times around noon to make a appointment no answer, last time i was here I got here on time and waited 45 to be seen until my appointment time was passed by about 45 minutes I left to go to a job interview with out my inhaler I was here to get, and ended up at the ER Like I told the nurse would happen. And another time I almost fainted when I was pretty ill in front of the nurse while talking to her at the window now this really concerned me that I was almost unconscious but the nurse at the window told me I had to “wait my turn” so frankly I’m not even sure why I attempted to call right now time after time to make another appointment to get my sleep medication. I’ll be going elsewhere. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Best Doctor ever.

Great doctor . Been with him 24 years

This is a great doctor, he is extremely caring and actually takes his time during appointments, I was pleasently surprised.

My Mother has been going to Dr Gill for a couple of years now...and I feel that he in a way that he saved my moms life by diagnosing that that she had DVT and need to go to the Hospital Immediately ...She would have not gown willing before this ..all though I knew something was seriously wrong ..So Thank You Dr Gill... He is now my doctor to... SO... Dr. Gill is a great primary doctor. He really listens to the patients and does as much as he can to help the patients. He's very kind and easy to talk to. I've been his patient for 20+ years.

One of the worst doctors in the high desert. I've been through quite a few and this one tops most of them. Better doctors are just right down the hill your odds are better going down the hill

Dr.Gill is a sweetheart and genuinely cares about his patients. My dad, grandparents, and myself received excellent service upon our visits. Walk-ins are welcomed and convenient! Would recommend this place to anyone

Doctor Gill has a well deserved reputation as a "doctor feel good". I see the consequences of this each time I interact with the intellectually challenged couple who live in a shed on the road below my house.

This guy is a quack !! And his office staff is VERY rude and UNproffessional. He's a definite wrench in the system. He's insensitive to women in particular. And ladies, God forbid you get breast cancer with this guy as your doctor. I am really not sure what everyone else is talking about I have been going to dr Gill for years my daughter did my mom did and my sister. You mentioned in a post about breast cancer well I personally was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and had no problem with Dr. GILL and his recremendations. Yes sometimes there is a wait but Phelan is not exactly a large city so you will have wait time not to mention there is only 2 doctors in the whole city. Dr. Gill is a very good doctor and has helped me through a lot over the years. He is a no nonsense doctor and will not put up with people's antics. He is one of the few doctors in this area and has a well established practice and reputation. His staff is also nice and professional. The bad reviews do not do this doctor justice. He does not have time to waste so be prepared to explain your symptoms and he will take it from there. He also does not have all day to listen to you complain and will not tolerate bad manners or disagreeable people. If you are just looking for drugs you don't need, go somewhere else. This is the worst clinic, the front medical receptionist is no help and has an attitude. She always states that they just "received" certain medical documents, when in reality she has been ignoring them for weeks and never process them, like for example referrals. This is not at all a doctor that cares to much for his patients when you go see him for the first time and he wants to completely cut you off all your medicine and inhalers.Never heard such a thing in my life.REALY. Subpar, horrible, and slightly incompetent services, staff, and physician. He stares at his laptop and doesnt listen to you when you finally get to see him. He asks questions about things you've already told him because he wasn't listening. I didn't receive my disability benefits because he took 10 days to fill out the paperwork even though he only has 3-5 and he doesn't do forms online and still charged for it. I waited an hour and a half for an appointment even though I was the only patient in the room and got there early. He was not up to date on medications and prescribed a drug taken off the market over a year ago due to fatal side affects. The office is often closed during posted business hours. I had to call multiple times to get prescriptions and referrals pushed through even though they were urgent. I have dropped off paperwork or ordered it and a week later they said they didn't get it even though it was stamped by the receptionist that it was received she was just lazy and didn't do her job. This clinic does not deserve any stars..... But that's not an option. This clinic it's the absolute worst. I really don't know how this clinic is still there. I've had nothing but bad experiences with the nurses. Once, I came in for as a walk-in. On the door there is a sign that states walkin hours mon-thur from 8am- 1pm Ok I get there literately after 9:30. The nurse at the front desk tells me and she sighs walks ins have changed. It's from 8am to 9 I was like what the??? Did that just changed cause I walked in?? Another time I walked in and wasn't able to be seen cause where booked. The clinic was empty. When my son had fractured his elbow, I need him to see a specialist. So I have to get a referral. Dr. Gill wasn't in the whole week. Okay so I called them and told them what I needed okay so they submitted it. It took a week for them to approve it given it was urgent should of been done within 48 hours. They still did not send it to the specialist I had to go and pick up a copy so my son can be seen and get a cast on. Okay so the specialist send their notes over to the clinic to request a new approval so he can be seen again with them to have the cast removed. And I would receive his appointment in the mail. With in 2 months. So the 3rd month is almost near, so I called the specialist and they told me they haven't received anything from his doctor... They made 4 more attempts of sending out the notes with me over the phone and the clinic still didn't receive it I was back and forth with them. And the nurses had the nerve to give me attitude. Like its my fault. They finally received it with me being on the line with them. My poor son who had to have the cast on longer then he needed. I felt like I pushed them to do their work. Cause idk how they didn't get it at all with all the attempts of sending it but with me on the line they got it. And the numbers never changed. One of the nurses for my sons physical, had said oh my god when she poke d him to do his iron , and he cried obviously he is a small kid. I was like why are these people working here. If they are gonna treat people like this. Especially children. And the only reason why I take him there is cause it's the only family clinic closest to home. I've change his doctor and I couldn't be happier. I really want this clinic shut down. If it my son had something serious.... And they did nothing. Knowledgable, helps the poor, reasonable rates, accepts cash patients-not too many doctors will do that, thank you. Takes alot of ignorant patients as you can see by the reviews, they dont like any doctors! They need to take responsibility for their own health. It appears that as the only doctor for such a busy office he is without the resources needed to meet the needs of so many patients. Although he is the only doctor in my City that belongs to my health plan, after 2+ years of lack of eye contact, ignored health questions, no diagnosis, rude office staff, I am forced to find another provider. The office is unclean and I brought home new flu-type symptoms following the the last two appointment visits which further exasperated my health problems.

Worst experience ever. He will just give u drugs and tell u to get out. He denied my 95 year old Gma proper treatment. Said its her fault that her wounds aren't healing. I have no idea how he even has a medical license. That Clinic should be shut down!
