Caring staff, that’s knowledgeable and goes out of their way to make things as convenient for you as possible.

Went for a Covid test in my car. They billed my insurance company for not only the Covid test, but a telehealth visit, because they called me afterwards to say, "It's negative." My insurance doesn't cover telehealth, so I was billed $65 out of pocket for them to say, "It's negative" about a test that was paid for by my insurance.

Dr. Pandeya in Munfordville is very knowledgeable and I think he is great at what he does. My two children and I are all patients and my 85 year old friend has been there in the past. Keep up the good work. I’ve also been told that Dr. Pandeya has a hand in helping out in the community with the drop boxes placed around Hart county. And helping others with rides or groceries. It is a good doctors office but I’m having a hard time figuring out why I was charged 100.00 dollars for a five minute chat with the doctor for just getting my meds filled.. kinda ridiculous

He prescribed arthritis medication that I should presumably take indefinitely. Never did any tests before prescribing and no tests in the years I've been taking it and now will not refill unless I come in for an appointment. Classic doctor greed.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly ladies I met today! I did not see Dr. Pandeya but I did see his wife and she was great! I highly recommend them! I was in and out in 30 minutes!

Dr. Pandya is attentive and does take time asking questiong and talking about your issues. Staff very friendly and helpful. Blood draw staff was excellent .
