I really like Dr. Korang but subtracting a star for long wait times (both to get into room and then another wait to meet with the doctor). I have been coming to this clinic for 3 years now and the last few times I was there it was a MUCH longer wait. Disappointing

The Dr. is Very kind and cares about your health.

The best family Dr. EVER. Very professional and very kind. He cares about you and take the time to listen to you. I recommend Dr. Korang to anyone looking for a family physician.

Dr. Korang is great, he actually listens and I don't feel like he's rushing me out the door. He's very personable. And another plus is thst you're not waiting in the waiting area for a long time!

Personalized, in-depth care and attention from the front desk to the examining room and beyond. Simply put: medical care as it should be. Dr. K treats the whole person, not just the symptom. Your visitors comprehensive and never rushed.

Dr. Korang & his staff are extremely pleasant and always helpful. Dr Korang takes the time to discuss your health problems & truly does make every attempt to resolve your medical issues. I do have confidence in this doctor and his entire team. Absolutely recommend.

Dr Korang, his efficient receptionist, Melissa and compassionate nurse, Brenda provided amazing care for me during a recent illness. They kindly worked me in on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at the end of the day because I was so sick. Other offices I believe would have been inclined to refer me to Urgent Care or ER so they could start their holiday. They spent unhurried time with me and administered proper treatment to get me on the road to recovery. They made me feel better just by being there. Five stars and more to this practice! Horrible and dishonest billing practices. They will not return calls. Billed me for a physical despite it being covered 100% by insurance. Instead they billed insurance for regular visit and me too since it was not fully covered if a regular visit. Insurance company confirmed there was no reason to do this and they would pay in full in billed correctly. Insurance company called them directly with me and they could not help and said would return call but never did. In addition they called me into the office to tell my the results of my blood work (panicking me something was wrong) only to have no reason to call me in vs telling me on phone AND then billed me for this visit. The insurance company also informed me they tried to bill them for drawing my blood on the day after my physical because they could not draw it on the day of my physical.

One of the best Dr. I ever had. Very professional and loving Doctor. I will recommend him to anyone that needs a family physician.

From my experience, Dr. Korang has treated me as if I had been his patient for years! He is a caring, patient, and experienced physician with wonderful bedside manner.
