Very rude. I was trying to help a client with a billing issues and the office manager literally told me to “shut up and stop calling” very unprofessional!!!!

Horrible place!!! Staff was rude, I was called names and hung up on serval times. Don’t waist your time coming here!!! The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable!

I am an Army Retired Veteran which means I have Tri West insurance. I was scheduled for an appointment. I went in and was told that I have to pay upfront because my insurance doesn’t pay. The receptionist spoke with my insurance company and things seemed to have been sorted out. Another lady came from the back, I did not see her face and told the receptionist, “I don’t care, she has to pay!” The receptionist then said, “I spoke with Tri West”, she interrupted stating that she didn’t care and that I had to pay storming off. I left and immediately called Tri West demanding that they be removed from the providers list. It makes no sense. I am an Army Retired Veteran which means I have Tri West insurance. Love my job!

Dr. Dunn and his wife are good people. They both care for the patients.

Would give them 0 stars but that’s not an option. Called and spoke with Renee Dunn and got the cussing of my life. Will not go or call back.

Can see better without my glasses than with them got the frames wrong twice on my wife's glasses no starships
