Scheduled appointments wait time up to 3-1/2 hrs.The receptionist answered the phone, I gave her my name,she put me on hold for 14-1/2 min. Another person picked up my line and asked me what my name was, I was put on hold, again. Doctor sells vitamins and dedicates more attention to selling the vitamins and using her resident chiropractor rather than diagnosing physical complains based on standard methods of practise, ie instead of using xrays, mri's etc. She may devote at least 45 min. of her time to each patient. I have expressed my concern to her, her husband, the office mgr. and her staff.
