Poor service and management of meds. Can’t reach staff when needed. Forms aren’t completed in timely manner. Calls aren’t returned timely for urgent matters

Well I needed to have things taken care of regarding medications but the provider wasn’t doing it. I had to have my husband call because they weren’t answering my calls or returning my messages. The receptionist admitted to my husband that she was screening calls and wasn’t answering mine. The medical director is no better. I went to him via email for assistance regarding these issues. He had not addressed any of them. I cancelled my appointment. Will not be going back to this office and do not recommend them to anyone needing help. They do not care about their patients.

I had a few visits with Doctor Labay-Kamala. At times it really seemed like he was belittling me. How is this supposed to help me? You go to a Doctor to get better. After a few appointments with this Doctor my condition worsened and I was hospitalized. I had a lengthy stay at the hospital. I didn’t have a good experience there for various reasons. After I was discharged from the hospital I wasn’t cured. After I was discharged from the hospital I developed other conditions. I no longer see this Doctor. It’s been quite some time. As of now I am still not cured. I am still on medication. At times my condition has worsened. Throughout the years I also developed other conditions.
