Very good and was not in a hurry. He answered our questions and talked to us with respect and listened. His staff treated us the same way, with respect.

Dr. Bunnell found a great solution for me to wear contact lenses again. He fit me in Multifocal Astigmatism lenses and I can see like I did years ago. No more reading glasses. I run, cycle and do CrossFit so glasses weren't compatible. I can now wear Oakley sunglasses (also from Dr. Bunnell) and see my AppleWatch for my splits and GPS. He listened to me, checked my prescription and gave me sample lenses (YES! He had lenses that same day!) I wore them for several weeks at work, home and working out. They are extremely comfortable in the sun, wind and dust. I can wear them all day. I ordered a year supply and they are being shipped to my home. Can't get any easier than that! Great customer service! This office is no longer in-network for me, but I was able to stop in and get my 2 new frames (that I purchased elsewhere) adjusted to fit my face. I was more than willing to pay a fee but none was needed. Is was quick and easy, and I didn’t feel like a burden asking for the favor.

As a diabetic, I need an exam every year and an insurance flummox wouldn’t let me use my regular this year. Dr Bunnell is amazing. Competent, courteous, great tableside manner, and very knowledgeable about the relationship between eye health and diabetes. The office has a good small-town feel. My old doctor has been too good to my family to leave him.. But when he retires I’m coming right back here and bringing my family with me. This Dr Bunnell is the most down to earth doctor we have ever met! He spent so much time with my family, answered every question we had! His team was very nice and super professional! We highly recommend this practice for your family!!!

Dr Bunnell and one of his assistants deserve the 5 stars. They worked very hard to help my daughter. Those two treated me and my family with respect. Office could use a little customer service training.

We have been going to see Dr. Bunnell for many years. My daughter was only 4 when she started seeing him and he totally put her at ease. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Dr. Bunnell for several years and have always found him and his staff to be very competent and helpful.

Friendly office staff & excellent care given to me by Dr. Bunnell. He took his time with me. I never felt rushed!

I waited in his exam room for 45 minutes after I was told that he was ready to see me. While performing my exam, he left me sitting for periods of time while he was busy texting on his mobile phone. Also, during the exam he frequently talked about gambling on sports, which made me feel uncomfortable with him having my personal information. It was very unprofessional.
