Dr. Traci French

Terrible- It was a telehealth appointment. I felt like she just tried to get off the call as soon as possible to take next call. I started crying and got no compassion or sympathy at all. She referred me to someone else that she said could maybe see me in a few weeks. I checked and no one was available for weeks.

Did an online visit, with Dr. French, 10-20-20. This was the most arrogant Dr., I have ever met. I get that we are in a pandemic and everyone is on edge, but you chose to practice medicine. I am in my 50's and know my body better than anyone. If I say an antibiotic will help me at this time of year, listen to your patient and try not to be so rude! In a time where online visits are a must, be a little more compassionate.
