Tracey Knott

This "Doctor" has absolutely zero bedside manner or care for patients or people in general. My husband went in for severe nasal congestion and blockage that he has had for over eight months. Our primary care has tried a myriad of different medications that did not work as he explained to Tracy and showed her the list of medications. She took it from him and threw it on the counter and spent exactly 4.2 minutes talking and examining him. She did a quick otoscope of his nasal cavity and gave him the exact same prescriptions he has already taken and has not worked! He attempted to explain that he already had several refills remaining of the prescriptions she was writing him, she ignored him and wrote him the prescriptions. We took them to our pharmacy and verified that they were the same medications. The appointment with Tracy was an absolute waste of time, she did nothing! I filed a complaint with our insurance company, she does not deserve to be paid for this visit.

Waste of time and money. Went to Dr. Knott at the recommendation of my PCP (I should have at least googled her before scheduling the appt) I understand doctors may want to limit time with patients due to COVID, however, she didn’t introduce herself and was very short, almost as if she was rushing through the consult. When I explained my issues/concerns she disregarded them and said I should go to a GI doc and seek an endoscopy, “because my throat looked fine.” Y’all she “looked” at it by pointing a tiny light from about a feet and a half away for approx 5 seconds. I’m a not a doctor and Im sure she knows what she’s doing, but today did not feel like I was seen by a qualified physician. At any rate, she did not address my concerns and I kid you not, I’ve probably had a more thorough examination of my ear/nose/throat during my yearly physical exam. The consult lasted all of 5 minutes. I was shocked when she hinted that we were done—honestly felt cheated, especially bc I have been waiting for this appointment. Anyway, please do yourself a favor and consider going to a different ENT. I am not one to typically leave reviews on this sort of thing but y’all, it was BAD. Save yourself time and money. Waste of time and money. After waiting months to receive care for a severe sinus infection, she completely failed to tell me I had 2 sinus cysts show up on a CT scan. I had to read the report from Simon Med to find out, as she never mentioned them to me. She prescribed a nasal spray, which does not treat nasal cysts and then had a PA tell me to find another ENT. What happened to do no harm as a medical provider? They will not respond to any of my questions, which speaks volumes. My son had his adenoids And tonsils out with Tracey Knott! She was amazing with him and knows what she is doing. Some of these reviews are kinda scary. But I highly recommend her!!!

Staff not very friendly - Waiting room very uncomfortable, chairs not much better then plain wooden box - When I checked in on time was not told the doctor was running late - Waited 35 minutes past my appointment time and still no doctor or even an update - Gave up and left -

Warning...do not use Dr. Tracey Knott or Enticare! Neglectful care and service. Office Manager never returns any messages left related to this negligence issue. Formal complaint process now submitted to proper health channels and departments in the State of Arizona due to this matter.

There were very rude and i waited 20 minutes just for them to say i have to have a id even nothing changed and they were very rude.

I read all the horrible reviews but made the mistake of going anyways. The staff was very rude and condescending for no reason at all. You should avoid this place at all costs!

One Star is "High". Had 2 appointments, sat there 40 and 45 minutes past app. time. Front desk said "This is a specialist office, it gets backed up". Will never go back or recommend to anyone!

I waited a month to get in with "Dr." Knott for her to repeat my problem back to me that I just explained to her and then for her to say, "Sorry, I don't know what to do." CHANGE YOUR DR IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO GO TO THIS ENT LOCATION. I wasted my time and money. An ENT couldn't even help guide me in any kind of direction about my over active salivary glands... My daughter had her test done 1 month ago, today I show up for the results and I'm told that they do not have results ready??.... Extremely unprofessional! I called the day before coming and asked to have the results over the phone to avoid 1hour drive , I was denied. I get to the office today and they have no results, But was told that I could get the results over the phone out of courtesy next time... Why not the first time????.... Had no issues with Dr. KNOTT MY DAUGHTER HAD ANNOIED PROCEDURE STRAIGHT TO POINT VERY INFORMATIVE AND NICE STOPPED BY AFTER TO CHECK ON HER IM CONFUSED BY REVIEWS BUT MY EXPERIENCE WAS PERFECT

Dr Knott and her MA are the epitome of how to treat patients in their care. They took me in at the appointed time and were so kind and gentle, and me feel just like a VIP. They spent all the time I needed to understand what was being done and what the course of treatment we would take. They said they would call me after they received my medical records in about a week for follow up details. I am so grateful to have been referred to them.

This office is the worst office to schedule with and always scheduling weeks out or placing you on hold for 10 minutes. My son has had nothing but issues after ear tubes being placed and Dr.Knott has done nothing to fix this issue or seem to be empathetic.

my experience with Dr knott was nothing short of texted book of how you want things to happen, kind, helpful, to the point,throw in caring and prepared and that might to start to describe how I feel.The staff at enticare are attentive (busy as you can imagine)and on the spot. this is my second go around with the surgery I had,the first was with another surgeon and i was less than pleased with the results. Dr knott is what the rest of the medical field should strive for

I hope this review serves as a warning for all patients who are considering Tracey for their ENT treatment. After months of seeing this doctor, I am left with no improvements, infact my symptoms seem to have worsened. Somewhere in between, she had me take a very expensive allergy test in their office, which resulted in no clear diagnosis. In doing more research it seems she is not in tune with modern methods of diagnosis and treatments. In contrast, the audiologist in their office patiently described my condition to me and also recommended tests available to further diagnose my condition. Additionally, Dr. Tracey is unempathetic and rushed during all visits. Please save your time, money and health and find a better doctor. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who is looking for a doctor who is compassionate, empathetic, patient, kind or personable. She basically said she saw nothing wrong with my husband who has been having multiple sinus infections each year but suggested we go get a CAT scan just to make sure although she said she felt confident that there would be nothing seen on the CAT scan. So why send a self-pay client (no insurance) to spend that kind of money on a procedure that would essentially be worthless? Then, when it was clear she could not help us or was not interested or compassionate enough to want to help, my husband asked, "so I guess you can't help us" to which she basically said, I guess not, and he thanked her for her time and she walked out of the room with no sense of care in the world. Not a thank you for coming or I am sorry. Never seen anything like it in my life. Dr. Knott has a horrible disposition and a very cold bed side manner to say the least and sadly her office staff mimics her negative attitude. I went to Dr. Knott after being referred by my primary care for my thyroid. Dr. Knott came into the room and seemed very rushed, she didn't introduce herself or shake my hand, no eye contact...nothing....it was very uncomfortable. She asked me a few questions about my history and cut me off every time I tried to answer her questions, I got the feeling that I was taking too long and she just wanted the short version of my issues. She decided to Otoscope my throat and then wrote me a few scripts and said her assistant would call me for another appt after she received all of my records. I said ok and waited for her office to call back and schedule me for a follow up after they had received what she needed. Three months later I had still not received any correspondence or follow up from her so I called her office and was told that I missed my appt and Dr. Knott had dropped me as a patient. I was beyond baffled, I never made an appt. I decided after that and how uneasy I felt during my first appt that it wasn't meant to be and found another Otolaryngologist. I'm so glad I did! Long wait. Short with me and cross when answering questions

Excellent doctor! Fixed my nasal system and changed my life. I highly recommend Doctor Knott.

Dr.Knott was short sweet and to the point. Was very nice to my 9 year old daughter who had her tonsils removed and even came in to calm er down before the procedure. I personally loved her and so did my daughter :)

My daughter just had her tonsils out. Before now i was reading the reviews on Dr. Knott and honestly they were scaring me a little. I have to say after talking to her now i cant grasp the negative reviews. She was super nice, smiling, eye contact and explained everything as well as gave me a chance to ask questions. Also joking with me on her way back to the O.R. I really like Dr. Knott and highly recommend her. My daughter just had her tonsils out. I didn't get to see this doctor as I was supposed to, I had to see a physician's assistant.. She was very hyper & talking so fast. She was obviously in a rush to get me out of there. She didn't bother to read my medical file before coming in,couldn't do simple math when asking about how long it had been since nasal surgery. She wanted me to take a test that my insurance wouldn't cover & said it wasn't much but didn't offer to tell how much. Also, was too hurried & was in there around 5 minutes.

I think I have very high standards because of my decades in healthcare and years in EN&T. The staff was efficient and brought us to a room early since we arrived early; Dr. Knott explained the rationale for her suspicions, provided options to my very nervous husband and ultimately ended up having a procedure that verified his diagnosis. She was patient, clear, friendly, showed him on a diagram what she was looking for and what she found. Aftercare/follow up instructions were very clear. Perfect

Dr. Knott is mine and my daughters ENT. She performed my daughters tonsillectomy recently. She was thorough, compassionate, and professional. My daughters recovery was not bad at all and Dr Knott really prepared us. I would highly recommend her. The office staff is also courteous and prompt!

Dr. Knott is so friendly and professional. Every time I have a visit, she puts me at ease and listens attentively. The office staff is very nice too, especially the office manager, Christian. He is very prompt and attentive. This is a great office and I am happy to have Dr. Knott as my specialist.

Dr. Knott is very knowledgeable and compassionate about her specialty in ENT medicine. She seeks to find all aspects of her patient’s symptoms. I have been going to Enticare in the Gilbert office for about 1 1/2 years for allergy injections. Dr Knott diagnosed my hoarse voice as being due to allergies and acid reflux in the esophagus. She started me on acid reflux medication and sent me to a Digestive Health specialist who confirmed I had Barretts Esophagus.

Dr Knott was wonderful with my daughter and very knowledgable. Her staff were great as well. Would reccomend!

She its at good doctor

Dr. Knott is very knowledgeable and her staff is welcoming. She took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns that we had.

Dr Knott is awesome. She takes as much time as necessary to answer any questions you may have. She always returns calls if you call the office to ask a question. She is on top of things and so is the office staff. The office staff makes you feel like they know you and not like you are just another patient. I had my sinus surgery in November and everything went as good as possible.

Tracey Knott and her staff at both the Gilbert and Chandler AZ offices are very arrogant and unprofessional. She has a terrible bedside manner and most her staff are very rude and incompetent. I would not refer anyone here for medical services. After a surgery is performed and the office is paid by insurance they pretty much just kick a patient to the curb and could care less about their recovery.

Dr. Knott was great and seems extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Her staff however is another story, very lazy, and not very polite. They seem more interested in talking to each other than helping patients.

I dont get all the negative surveys. Dr Knott was great with my baby.

I took my 5 years old daughter to see Dr. Knott. We had a very good experience. The doctor was very caring. She performed surgery on my daughter at the facility with a great staff and quality service. I did not have enshurance for my daughter and the doctor gave me her best price. It was much cheaper then I'll have ensurance. I very pleased with my choice. I'll recommend Dr. Knott to my friends.
