Best doctor ever. I have never had a bad experience with the office staff, but even if I did, I would go back to Dr. Jain over and over again. Super knowledgeable, caring, takes the time to understand, and gives you real solutions. I have never been to a better doctor anywhere, and I have been to a lot! Stay away, unprofessional office staff!! Doctor's office was listed as covered in my healthcare network. Waited a month to get an appointment, but when I showed up they turned us away because they said they don't accept my insurance - even though I gave them my insurance info over the phone. They could have checked and gotten back to me. Office manager was not available to talk to because they were on a 2 hour lunch and when I tried calling back the office was closed for lunch and then later, I kept getting fowarded to a "general box." Dr Jain was excellent for our child with food allergies and eczema. Clearly very knowledgeable and he spent a lot of time explaining everything and following up with us. I highly recommend Dr Jain and his office.

I am sorry the other person had issues with her insurance and they did not get it sorted out. I have been going to Dr Jain for almost a year. Allergy tests and shots. Dr Jain had lots of good ideas to help me with my allergies and he always spends enough time with me answering all my questions.
