Had cataracts removed from both eyes. excellent experience. Nothing like I imagined. Dr. Toseef Hasan OD is a great doctor, explained everything she was going to do. Entire staff at Tosee2020 was compassionate and caring.

I'm so happy I tracked down this office. My standard eye specialist was shut as a result of COVID, however I broke my glasses and had been out of contacts for some time. Very nice doctor. Will return. The wait was a little amazing. It was nearly an hour before I saw the doctor and they don't manage your expectations in this way. It helps if they tell you how long it may be so at least you know when you arrive. Instead, when I waited for 40 minutes and asked how much longer, I was told maybe another hour. Another staff member overhead this and then went to see and said it would just be a few more minutes. I appreciated that someone was paying attention and took this initiative. I think it may have been another doctor.

I had a terrible experience with this doctor. Dr. Toseef was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met in my entire life! I took my daughter there for an eye exam and she was scared knowing she needed glasses so as I’m trying to calm her down this moron doctor tells her “ I wish all your classmates were here to see you crying like this” and “you’re being ridiculous crying”. He called her a liar that the lense he gave her wasn’t clear! “ I mean I was speechless and shocked to even respond to his nonsense and unprofessionalism. I hope no one gets to go through this experience with their kids with this jerk of a doctor. He stated he cannot handle kids that cry and That should have been my que to leave but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and that was a mistake. I will make sure to report his unprofessional behavior to the board.

I have been receiving my annual eye exams at the Tosee2020 office from Dr Toseef for quite some time. I was having issues with one eye and felt I needed to have it looked at. Without an appointment, I walked in and explained my situation and was told they would check me in. When I returned home from our appointment with Dr. Hasan the other day, my 11-year-old son said to me, "Mom, could we please not go to see him again?" When I asked him why, he said he felt "uncomfortable and nervous" with him and said he seemed "kind-of mean." I had taken my son to see Dr. Hasan a couple/few years ago where I clearly remember him being short and impatient with my son but, having been quite a while since the last appointment, I chalked it up to perhaps an off/busy day and decided to give him another try. Unfortunately, my gut was right the first time. Again, Dr. Hasan had little patience with my son as he struggled to see certain rows of letters and name different objects he was asked to identify. He was simply taking a second or two to try his hardest to identify them as he knows his eyesight is not great. Dr. Hasan spoke harshly and seemed to strain to (try to) control his frustration with my son's less-than-instant responses. He couldn't hide it though - it

I saw Dr. Hasan at the Walmart in Glen Ellyn. Initially I was not expecting much given that it was the eye care facility in Walmart. How wrong I was! Dr. Hasan was FANTASTIC! He was thorough, warm, friendly, funny. He took time to explain things, he made sure I understood, he asked me questions. In short it was a very very very good experience. I will certainly visit Dr. Hasan annually for my eye care and would recommend him to anyone who asked for an optometrist referral.
