This place is great! My doctor Is always kind. Recommend this place

I went here for an eye exam and glasses and I was extremely impressed. The staff are so much more knowledgeable and helpful than any other place I have been to in BC. I’m a very indecisive person but they helped me pick out my favorite frame in just a few minutes! They were also very consistent and attentive to sanitization and other Covid preventative measures. Thank you to Dr. Waterbury and staff for repairing my damaged glasses on a moment's notice. Great job during this difficult time!

They meet expectations but gone are those days when that was enough. My annual eye exam appointment started 15 minutes late (not a big deal, I reminded the assistant that I was scheduled). PROS: Doctor was knowledgeable and shared a lot of good information and answered all of my questions. Staff was helpful and I ordered a pair of new prescription glasses. CONS: It takes 1.5 to 2 weeks to get a new pair of glasses! Are you serious? In the age of free 2 day prime delivery, your customers are not coming back when they have to wait 2 weeks. Recommendation: Understand how the customer preferences have changed and adapt so you don't end up closing your business. They meet expectations but gone are those days when that was enough. Dr. Stagner is friendly and patient.

Todd Stagner is the best, been going to him for years. I would not recommend the lady if she still works there. Todd is personable, knowledgeable, and patient.

This office is absolutely the best. It has the most caring people and fabulous service. Dr. Stagner is so thorough and the gals in the office are honest, kind and helpful. My husband and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been wearing glasses for 27 years. So, I've been to many eye doctors and optical places. This is by far the best place I have ever been. They were very nice and thorough.

Both doctors are great here. I have gone here for many years. I hear WAY too many complaints about the big optical stores all the time.

What an amazing office! The docs are very thorough and informative and the entire team is top notch. The experience here is second to none. They are great with our kids also!

The staff is friendly, informed and helpful. The office is modern and outfitted with current technology. I like that Dr. Stagner explains each step of the exam and makes me feel very well taken care of. There is a large selection of current styles of frames to choose from and the opticians are great at helping me make a decision on the best choice for me. I love this office!
