Dr. Todd A Mccaslin

He's my pcp for 15 years and he's the best doctor I've ever had. He's extremely busy because he's that good. Never had any problems with them actually I consider the whole staff like my friends they're so nice and they really care about the patients ☺️

DR Chen Lee is very intricate in his interaction w/ his patients, I trust his diagnosis & interaction w/ my problems & sickness solving actions.

Hands down the best PCP I've ever had. I NEVER feel rushed and we work together as a team to come up with the best solution if I have an illness or problem. Dr. McCaslin genuinely cares about his patients.

Without question, I highly recommend Dr. McCaslin. Very seldom does one come across a physician who is truly focused on the patient's well-being & continues to demonstrate it. You will not find another HCP who is as genuinely committed to his patient's health than Todd McCaslin!

nice doctor. unaccommodating staff. does not call you directly ever. whoever calls you back on your report has zero clue what is going on with you at all so don't expect an explanation on anything He is great. his staff is not great at all. nope.

Had to change doctors and Dr McCaslin was recommended by friends. At my initial consultation he was very attentive to what I had to say; didn't rush me. I knew I had found a doctor I could trust and who really cared about his patients.

If you have a serious problem, try to avoid Heiple. I have a certain disease for years and felt worse. Dr. Todd is good, but he does not have any close appointment. They advertised Dr. Heiple to me. He did not even read my histories before talking with me. So, lack of preparation. The ultrasound clearly shows the problem, believe me, I did my research and have doctor friends. However, this doctor told me everything looks fine. Let me update after seeing specialist. Totally waste of my time and co-pay. If you have a serious problem, try to avoid Heiple. Dr McCaslin is the kindest most understanding I have ever met. The office staff are also very nice. Hope i never have to change Doctors!!

Dr. McCaslin has taken exemplary care of myself and several family members. He has been doing so for over 11 years. He is the most caring doctor I have ever been to and takes his time to explain all issues in a way I will understand. His follow up is something you don't see anymore with doctors. I have had multiple bad experiences with this physician and his physicians assistant. With Todd NcCaslin personally, I faxed a series of questions to him about my insulin regimen and dropped a copy off at the office. The first was sent 15 days ago. The copy was dropped off at the office 5 days ago. I have yet to receive an answer. In reference to his physicians assistant, she severely mis-diagnosed a skin condition causing me a great deal of money un-necessarily and a lot of discomfort.

He listens, he really cares & if he feels you need a specialist he will not hesitate to recommend someone. I really like & respect Dr McCaslin. Best doc ever!

Once Dr. McCaslin comes into the room. He will listen to you, and not end the visit until the client and he are satisfied with the Tx... treatment. Like a server going over your food order at the end. He's kind, speaks in a down to earth clear manner. His staff will make you feel like family. This practice is by far the best in the Allegheny Health Network. Tim B.

Refuses to ever call patients directly.The messages that he sends to his staff to relay to patients are vague and often alarming to one with no medical background.It takes on average about 48 hrs to hear back from his office.Finally, he asks patients to just come in for a chat whenever his messages are unclear.Sure, I'd love a chat, but that's a chat that also requires a copay when it could have been free over the phone.He has written prescriptions incorrectly & takes days to correct. Really?!
