Everyone there is so friendly including Dr. Noll who has a very calm manner about him. I don't like going to the dentist but I don't really mind to much when I am there and there was no long wait which gives you time to worry! In and out very quickly.

Like most people, I get very nervous about going to the dentist. I had been putting off getting my crown replaced for about a year due to fear. I finally decided take the leap. Dr. Noll always seems genuinely concerned and takes his time with you. All of the staff are extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. I've had a few dental emergencies and I've always been seen the same day. I will not go anywhere else! They take care of you like family...thank you all for being THE best!

Although I am don’t fear going to a dentist it is still the unknown that makes me anxious. The staff will calm you down with their smiles and Dr. Mark is so gentle you don’t realize he is checking the area that is uncomfortable.

My only complaint is that my appointment was scheduled for 2:40. I arrived at 2:30 with four pages of paperwork that I would have preferred to have done at home. I didn’t get called back until 3:20! 40 minutes late! I rush to get there on time and ALWAYS have to wait. I feel that my time is as valuable as theirs is! I would appreciate a little more respect of my time. Other than that they offer wonderful, caring service!

I called this morning with my pain problem. They worked me in during the afternoon of the same day. The assistant was very professional, diagnosing the problem source within 15 minutes of the appointment. The Doctor came in shortly there after, confirmed the diagnosis and explained the path to the problem resolution as well as prescribing medication to elevate the pain. They arranged an appointment for the required work to be performed by a specialist. I don’t have to do anything else, no jumping thru hoops, making additional phone calls, etc. That’s what I call good service.

All of the staff has put my mind at ease, even though I was very anxious about getting dental work completed. They explained each of the procedures completely prior to the work being completed. After a recent chip in one of my fillings, I decided to try New Haven Famil Dentistry. My tooth had gotten to the level of pain that didn't allow me to eat solid foods. I explained this over the phone and was excited when they were able to set up an appointment for me within the next 2 DAYS! The filling went fine, pain was minimal, and I had a newly shape tooth identical to the one on the opposite side of my mouth. I'm now able to enjoy solid foods again and would highly reccomend the knowledgeable, friendly staff at New Haven Family Dentistry for anyone experiencing dental issues
