Todd Wilfred Geisert

I am so happy with Dr. Geisert. He takes time with you, is kind and explains everything. He is also very careful to do all tests needed to make sure you are in good health regarding your eyes. We moved here from Richmond and I had good doctors there. However, Dr. Geisert is above them all. His staff is very helpful and kind as well.

dont know what that last person was referring to?!? every time i have been in that office, the staff has been very helpful, friendly and efficient. dr geisert is a wonderful, caring physician. would highly recommend to all my friends and family!!

I went with my mother to her appt with Dr. Geisert. We left feeling anxious and confused. Spent almost no time explaining mother's conditions. Requested follow up call but never received. Treated her like she didn't understand English. She hated the experience. Controlling staff rudely kept saying dont drive in an admonishing tone, repeatedly. Denied her request to see another doctor for follow up appt. They were defensive when we raised concerns or questions. Should have taken her to another practice. Regret this.

I feel awful for taking my mother to see this doctor. He is not a big communicator. Did not explain her 2 main diagnoses in detail. Requests for call back was ignored. My mother and I were left anxious by Dr. Geisert and his staff. The office manager is very controlling, refusing my mother's request to have her follow up appt with another doctor in the practice. The defensive staff repeats "Don't Drive" in warning tone as a stock answer when we raise a question or concern. Disturbing experience!

Did both of my cataracts and it was flawless. Have seen him for a number of years.
