Dr. Tod C Heldridge

I’ve been seeing Doctor Heldridge for about 15 years. He’s the most kindest and compassionate doctor out there! He takes time with you and he even makes me laugh through my tears. God Bless you Doc!!

I take no pleasure in giving a 1-star review, but I feel others need to be warned about the risk that seeing Dr. Tod Heldrige poses to your health. Never in my life have I see a doctor more arrogant, egoecentric, and completely dismissive of key patient knowledge. Due to this, Tod missed what should have been an easy diagnoses (according to the second doctor). I would advise working with a Doctor who takes you and your health seriously. Dr. Heldridge is one of the most caring doctors I have ever been to. He has been a lifesaver because I live in Oregon & I have had to extend my stay due to an ill parent. He didn’t even know me & he was so wonderful the minute I saw him. Thank you Dr. Heldridge for everything you do for me & my family. You are a huge blessing.

I can not say how great it is to find a Doctor that sits down and educates and talks with me for an hour!! Every time I go into Dr. Heldridge’s office, this is the kind of treatment I receive! If I could give his office 10 stars I would. The front office staff is great and the environment is welcoming. The Doc actually educated me and honestly saved my life. In my opinion, I shouldn’t even be breathing! I’m not joking, this office is the best I have ever seen in over 15 years. Been my doctor over 20 years. No one i would trust my or my family's health with more. The most knowledgeable and caring doctor I have ever know. My wife is in healthcare so I meet doctors a lot, you couldn't do better.

Dr. Heldridge has cared for our whole family from kids to grandparents, for about 20 years. He left his previous practice after it was bought by a terrible company (even then he made the best of it) & we're eagerly waiting to hear where he settles. He has taken such good care of us, always listens & takes his time. Remembers your health history- treats you like a person, not an appointment. He has been honest with us & never pushed us to do anything unneeded. Great man.

PC Doctor for 10 years - left his current practice expectantly, can't find his current one. Very knowledgeable Easy to talk with

His diagnosis is carefully made. Plus he explains the reason why he has reached a conclusion. He listens, making his understanding of your health situation so much better. He is a great "teacher." An all-around superior physician.

I have had Dr Heldridge for many years and sad to hear he is no longer at Midcities Family Care!

Dr Heldridge was my doctor for over 20 years. He is always patient, understanding, and compassionate. He takes time to explain why you should do something and he also explains why he doesn't think things are working well enough and that you might want to try something else. He listens and gives you a chance to express what you want to do, he never pressures you into doing a certain treatment, he only explains what the options are. If I hadn't moved he would still be my doctor!
