I totally agree with Tracy Allen----The staff is not competent and all the services rendered after seeing Dr Tina Williams is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION REFILLED AND I JUST HAD A TOTAL PHYSICAL 6/2021...THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE....AND WHEN THEY DO ANSWER THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD AND DISCONNECTED!!!!!!!!!!I'M LEAVING THIS DOCTOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This lady is the absolute WORST! I have never in my 30 years of living had a doctor like her! From the way she communicates to her demeanor. She needs to retire!

Horrible staff! Do not choose this as your doctors office! Staff are extremely unprofessional! I had an appointment for 1015 this morning I arrived at 10am as an established patient! The rude front desk person Patel, took my insurance card and walked out of of the office on the phone! I waited in the lobby until 1048am at which point Patel walked back into the office. At this point I was completely annoyed after waiting almost 35minutes. Patel then called me to the desk and told me my copay was $85! Working in health insurance and being knowledgeable about my own insurance I knew that was incorrect because I had met my deductible already. When I stated to her that it was incorrect she demeaningly asked if I wanted to call my insurance! First of all, insurance verification is the office responsibility not the patient!.. I replied to her that her information was incorrect and that I could show her on my insurance portal my deductible was met. She then went on to say she’ll put me in but I will probably receive a bill! What?!! I then stated again my appointment was at 1015 and it was now 1050! No apology! Nothing! Once I was called back I sat in the exam room until 1125!! At which point I walked out of the office!!! If you want to feel like your time isn’t important, or like your health is not important to your doctors office or doctor by all means choose this office! Otherwise, go somewhere else!!!! I understand with Covid that they are taking precautions, but I'm used to seeing a Physician and them asking me more general questions pertaining to my health. I didn't feel as if I got the service I should have even though I went in for one issue. I don't like the fact that I had a mammogram in January and I wasn't called with the result's or them even mailed to me. I have been trying to reach the office. No one pick's up the phone. This is very irritating and frustrating. Even though she is convenient, I'm going to find another Physician. I don't do unprofessionalism at my expense. I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for more than 20 years now and I really enjoyed it. However, within the last year or so I have had a hard time getting in contact with her office. The phone system does not allow you to leave a message. My pharmacy reaches out for refill approvals and consistently gets no reply.
