It's pretty bad when you call to make appointment and nobody answers the phone. it has an answering service that's full all the time .so u can't make an appointment. Sounds like they dont want to work .plus how do you say your open 24 hrs an be closed ?? False advertising!!!!

I called this office due to my crown falling off causing swelling and bleeding. I left a voicemail. They called me back the next day and said even though they accepted my dental insurance, the insurance company was a "slow pay", then I was told in a rather snarky manner that this is not a reason for emergency care. The receptionist is awful!!! She is rude, disrespectful, doesn't know what she's doing with insurance billing, and likes to hang up on you when you call. The rest of the staff is reasonably nice, but not the best. They started a root canal on my boyfriend about 6 months ago and said they had to wait for something to come in to finish it. They have yet to let us know if it has come in and they keep billing him more and more money! Ridiculous. Horrible customer service. I would never recommend to anyone. The receptionist is awful!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! My daughter had her first ever dentist appointment, then they rescheduled me for 2 weeks later. Went for that appointment and they didn’t have her in the system. definitely switching this is ridiculous and not professional at all.

Went in today to have a cap put on a molar that had a root canal done.. Found out they changed the appointment on me, and never made an attempt to leave me a voicemail or call my house. He is a witch dentist and they don't know how to keep their appointments straight they just keep moving people around all the time and then they turn around and just cancel on you worst dentist in Westmoreland County

DO NOT COME HERE!! Horrible and unprofessional!!!! A disgrace to work with. They do not return phone calls. And we had to get a court order to obtain records to transfer orthodontics. They give a negative experience for all.

HORRIBLE!! Because of him I suffered for 20 years in agonizing pain. (He pulled a tooth and fractured my jaw in the progress). Wound up in the ER the same night he pulled it and they stated my jaw was fractured because of it. He wouldn't even give me anything for the pain and acted like I was faking the pain. I've had to have 4 jaw surgeries because of him. The last 2 surgeries were the biggest. They consisted of removing my left lower jawbone and Condyle then putting in implants. Was diagnosed with Djd, Ddd and massive arthritis. Pretty much lived in the ER for years until I found a specialist that figured out what was going on. WARNING: Do Not Go To Him!! HORRIBLE!! WARNING DO NOT GO HERE These people are negligent, irresponsible and put my life/health in danger Since letting this chop shop work on me I ended up with STREP B trapped under two very poorly done root canals. So, for a little over 6yrs I have had all kinds of terrible medical issues. Went through years of testing to find out what was constantly making me sick. Had MRIs, CTs, full blood work, a labroscopic surgery, everything you can think of to try to diagnose the problem. Eventually found that I had a strep B soft tissue Infection in the right side of my face. Had to have both root canals done by this facility removed, there was infection sealed up under the root canals. Go to the dental school, it's cheap & students are actually more competent than this place. There's no reason that I should have been living in pain & misery due to negligent/shoddy work. I had them removed today, I went from not being able to talk due to pain to feeling 1000% better. The smell when they pulled the Caps of was absolutely disgusting. They also failed TWICE at making a partial that fit my mouth. But they were happy to bill my insurance for their bad work. At sliders office Had to look up antibiotics, the assistant was vulgar and very inappropriate. If I could give negative stars I would. Not only did they make the problem worse but the new dentist I see literally says to me "what a butcher job" they gave me an infection horrible scarring and wore no gloves and tried to reach in my mouth bare handed. They took me in same-day for an emergency. I waited over an hour only to have the dentist come out and start talking about my fake emergency - my face was swollen!! - until I announced that I had been waiting over an hour and didn't want to be rude when they got me in same-day. My family and I have been going to Dr. Sluser for many years now for cleanings, orthodontics and other issues that have arisen. I have had nothing but good experiences with him and his work has always been great. I typically go to the New Kensington office. For those complaining about waiting.....waiting typically means you are seeing a popular Doctor who is busy. To me that is a good thing! Anyway, I highly recommend Dr. Sluser and Dr. Dunn My family and I have been going to Dr. Sluser for many years now for cleanings, orthodontics and other issues that have arisen. Dr Sluser is an excellent dentist with a dedicated and talented staff. They do orthodontics and children and every dental procedure you can imagine even sleep dentistry dentures and dental implants.

Dirty dingy cramped

The front desk lady was very rude.

Been going here for years. Went the other day and the Dr who was treating me, was very rude and ignorant to me. To the point where I got up and walked out. Was afraid to let him pull my tooth. Will never go back.

I would not recommend this dentist to anyone, I have a broken tooth that is causing me a lot of pain. I called yesterday to make an appointment because this office has worked on my teeth on multiple occasions. I spoke to a very rude and unprofessional receptionist. She reluctantly made my appointment and not even 2 minutes after we spoke called back and rudely told me they could not work on my teeth or see me as a patient because I have not been to their office in the past 6 MONTHS for a routine clean. Dr Sluser is a very good dentist and cheerful. I 've gone to him for years

This is the first Dentist that I've gone to after being told I am beyond help, everyone has been kind, caring and helpful. Dr. Garrett is the best Dentist around!

Called about a toothache they took me in right away I arrive 15 early and was taken back within 5-10 minutes tookx- days and write my scripts within an hour and had me on my way with the extraction scheduled in a week or so

Dr. Timothy Sluser and his staff were absolutely wonderful! I had to come in for a dental emergency the other day and I was literally shaking when I got there. But they all made me feel at ease and Dr. Sluser attended to my emergency immediately. He fixed the problem so fast I was out of there in no time. The entire staff were very friendly and polite and didn’t seem intimidating at all. I would definitely come again even for non-emergency purposes.
