Over billed us $1,300 from what was quoted to us before surgery. YIKES that's a huge difference.

Billed us $1,300 over what was quoted to us- if we would have known the difference was that much, we wouldn't have done the procedure. Also, they cancelled the day of surgery because their "systems were down" so I had to take more time off work for this surgery and then to be billed way more than quoted.

Extremely rude to patients. Threatens them because he “says what he thinks”. If you are a woman I would advise not seeing him. If you must, bring someone with you for safety.

I am a Medical Doctor myself and I can assess doctors and offices critically. I was treated by Dr Quickert and his staff on numerous occasions and can only give the highest recommendation for medical care, conscientiousness and ethics. He is a patient advocate and will let you know if some procedures are not for you ( even if it is painful to hear and accept ). I will go back to him if there should be a need and I will recommend him to my other medical colleagues and my patients without hesitation. Very unprofessional and was not kind. A good doctor does everything to make sure their patients are comfortable.. don’t expect that from Dr. Quickert.

Never felt rushed and throughly explained everything

Staff and Dr. Are friendly and take time needed with you. Never felt rushed at all. Am doing three procedures with him and am so excited for the outcome. My legs have been painful for years.

Very professional office, from reception thru surgery

Procedure felt very rushed, and not using usual protocols such as conscious sedation to help with discomfort and relaxation. What's a little more pain after all? There was no recovery time. Procedure did eventual provide some pain relief.

If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would. While Dr. Quickert is fantastic in every conceivable way, his staff is the exact opposite. I have sent payment for services immediately upon receiving my bill. It was through a FSA. The FSA required a detailed bill -OR- a simple signed form so they would release payment to the office. The office manager refuses to sign this form, and the payment has been in limbo since 12/2019. She apparently has enough time to send my bill to collections, which I will not pay due to this already being paid. The "not my job" attitude throughout the office is atrocious. We will not be returning to this office again due to this issue, though we are super pleased with Dr. Quickert, his staff is comprised of terrible, terrible people who are clearly on some kind of power trip. My suggestion is 1. Set up ALL of your appointments before you go in for any kind of surgery (was easy to set up surgery appointment, but any follow-ups were never available), and 2. Be prepared to have your day ruined if you come across the power-tripping office manager. It's a shame though because after 20+ phone calls, emails, etc. and trying to work this out, their unwillingness to sign a form and fax it back. As it clearly states, there is a deadline to return the form. Before anyone doubts this, the attachment is a screenshot of the bottom of the form they've received from me and my FSA multiple times since 12/2019. I was told by the office manager to sign this form myself - she wouldn't be doing that. Last I checked, I am not the provider. If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would. I absolutely love Julie and Dr Quickert, I recommend them above all other pain management doctors. However, their staff is their down fall. Staff is the worst there is. Everytime I need information, to schedule a procedure, to get medical relief their staff fails. It's always....I'll call you back tomorrow, I'll call you back Monday and the calls never come, ever!!!! My surgeon prescribed a procedure literally months ago, she personally talked to Dr Quickert, well over a month ago, could be two, I really don't know anymore. I'm still waiting over a month for the call back from the office staff, this is beyond horrible customer service. As a result of the lack of commitment with Dr Quickerts office staff my insurance has expired, I'm left with pain that should have been treated two months ago and now I have no idea when I will be able to get relief. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Dr. Quickert is fantastic! His office staff ruins it for him though. The attitude and lack of communication and concern for patients from both scheduling and billing is appalling. I have a payment sent to them via my FSA in 12/2019. After 20+ phone calls to the billing department trying to reconcile this, they sent it to collections. All the office manager had to do was to send a detailed bill to the FSA -OR- simply sign a form that says it was a medical procedure. She can't be bothered to do so even according to the billing dept. The funds have been pulled from my FSA 12/2019 with MULTIPLE requests for a bill sent to the office that go unanswered. Though we greatly liked Dr. Quickert and his professionalism, there is no way we will return there due to his office manager and her attitude. The "not my job" attitude and lack of communication is incredible.

Dr. Quickert is very communicable and happily explained the procedure and how everything would go. I trusted him to do a great job and he delivered.

I absolutely love Dr Timo and Julie Quickert. The failure with their practice is their office staff. They do not have any concerns for Dr Quickerts patents. My Orthopedic Surgeon personally talked to Dr Quickert months ago about my rhizotomy, I called and called to get it scheduled and time and time again the office staff would tell me that they would call me back which they didn't. Eventually they did we set up an appointment. But with Covid and furloughs and delays on Dr Quickerts staff I now have no insurance and will have to continue to live in pain again until I can find another Dr and obtain new insurance. Thank you Dr Quickerts office staff.

Dr. Quickert and his staff made me feel safe. I was instantly calm after talking to him about my procedure. His assistant was very attentive and helpful. Charles at recetion worked so hard to get me in and schedued. He was so helpful on the phone and Im really Greatful for him as well!

He is thorough and I trust his advice for what is best for my treatment plan. All of my questions are always answered and the procedures have always been well explained.

Didn't realize how bad my vein were till I got them fixed! No more restless legs, night cramping, or tiredness. The procedure was very easy and recovery time extremely quick.

Good overall experience

PA wouldn't even order me imaging without a 2nd appointment. Have to drive 7 hours round trip for one appointment. Not exactly helpful

I’ve had same procedure done by others and teared up with them. Dr. Quickert has been amazing, no pain from him, nice bed aide manner, nothing but praise for him and staff including the receptionist. Oh yeah, I’m a real person.

Dr Quickert explains the diagnosis and treatment thoroughly. He isn't in a hurry. He is very pleasant to be around.

I have had Rhizotomyies in the past from Dr.Quickert he is very good at was he does he is fast and painless.

no complaints, everyone was very nice and the nurses took great care of me after my procedure. Dr. Quickert is very nice and personable.

After just a few visits, my venus stasuas ulser is closed. Also less leg pain and no longer walking with a limp.
