Dr. Jeffrey S Tippets

I started out very disappointed with how my son was treated at this clinic. He was humiliated for needing to use the restroom (4 years old) and left in years because the hygienist humiliated him and said she wouldn't finish his exam since he went to the bathroom. They apologized so I tried them again and felt better about the care moving forward, until now. We had an appointment in Aug that I kept calling to verify because it kept being dumped off my calendar for done reason. We arrived for our appointment to be told it was the day before and that one week prior they had confirmed by leaving me a message and that they called the day if missed appointment to check in. I checked my voice mail to only have one message that I'm guessing might have been them, where it started, "thank you for calling t..." Which then they hung up, I'm guessing because they realized the message wasn't right.... Never received a call back nor did I get a call on the day of said appt to check in. ETC

Dr Tippets is a wonderful, caring dentist. The best I have ever been to. You will only get top notch service here. Our family trusts all our dental needs to Dr. Tippets and his staff. They are excellent!!!

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Tippets and his staff. I've worked very closely with Christina and Dr. Tippets on a complicated issue that was not initiated by them, but they worked to resolve. They've put so much time correctly a problem that wasn't theirs to begin with. I have seen Dr. Tippets for my dental care for 6 years. I am giving them 5 stars for the care, confidence and respect I feel with this office.

Going to Dr. Tippets in Johnstown, CO was the worst dental mistake I have ever made for me teeth. After having two cavities filled by him my bite will never again be the same. Do not trust him with the only set of teeth you have!!! His dental judgement is NOT to be trusted.
