Just like going home. Tom and the staff take happy medicine in the morning that lasts all day. Also, proficiency tablets. I miss Mary and Sue since they retired, but they set great examples for those that followed.

Dr. Thomas Ward is, hands down, the best and most ethical dentist in the St Louis Metro area. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, gentle yet thorough and he’s not an alarmist. He has a wonderful staff and a well run practice. I have recommended friends and family to Dr. Ward and would encourage anyone who is looking for a new dentist to consider Dr. Ward. Dr. Ward is a great dentist! He is professional, knowledgable, honest and fair. He instantly puts you at ease and is gentle, but thorough, while performing any necessary dental procedures. I have been going to Tom and his staff for many years now and I will always come back. During COVID, I wanted to make sure I was getting my teeth cleaned in a safe environment. Being diabetic and at high risk, I wanted to make sure I was in a safe situation for teeth cleaning. As a Diabetic, having healthy gums and teeth is essential. I did not want to skip my cleaning this year, even during COVID. I felt very safe before, during, and after my cleaning. They really took the extra steps to make me feel safe. I was required to wear a mask when entering, and staff checked my temperature upon arrival. All the workers had on a high tech N95 mask, gloves, and full body suit on at all times. When I was in the dental chair I had to swish cleaning solution for 60 seconds before we started. The room had extra air filtration systems that clean the air on top of my specialist that wore a fancy N95, glasses, and a face shield. All in all I felt very safe during my experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a great dentist that went above and beyond to make me feel safe. My whole family has been patients of Dr Ward for 15 years. We absolutely love Dr Ward and his staff. He is so gentle and always does a perfect job. Sue is my hygienist and I will never go to anyone else so I told her she can never retire. Lol.
