I seen dr schwab when I was just 20 and told him my back hurt and he immediately offered me oxycontin 40 mg and oxycodone 5 mg for breakthrough pain and never took any test or anything. Now I been battling addiction for 15 years and my wife has died due to my addiction. I am sorry I did want them but it was his job to tell me no I needed him to say no and he gave more more more. Horrible customer service, rude and condescending staff. Not someone you go to when sick. They turn you away.

This was the worst process; the worst customer service and the worst attitude by a receptionist I have ever experienced. I called in (while sick) to schedule an appointment - the receptionist was condescending and rude. She proceeded to tell me to go visit minute clinic or "one of those other places where people go who don't have insurance" even though I have Cigna and Dr. Schwab is listed as my PCP. Obviously, this group has no clue what they are doing and I would not trust them with my life
