They don't do x-ray before working on your back. Phone is not a working phone number and the billing is a nightmare. Very unprofessional business. Not even with one star

Took multiple days of calling to even reach someone to make an appointment. Once I made the appointment, I showed up on time, but the office appeared closed and the doors locked. 25 minutes after scheduled appointment time in the Dr. showed up in the parking lot and asked if I still had time for an appointment. I asked why the office would be closed and the appointment so late and the answer I got was the there were “no secretaries”. Not sure what that had to do with the appointment as even if secretaries were there to have the office open, the appointment still would have been late as I watched the Dr. pull into the parking lot 25 minutes late. I never really write reviews, but I’ve never have experienced a Drs. office as unprofessional as this. Something seemed really off about this place... My daughter had a 4:30 appointment. We arrived at 4:25, there was no receptionist, no doctor, no one there except one client waiting for the massage therapist. At 4:50, the massage therapist came out and inquired about our visit. She went and attempted to locate the chiropractor to no avail. We talked for a little bit, and then left at 5:00pm. Very displeased with our visit. The silver lining is, if this is the type of service someone can expect from a doctor, we're better off locating a doctor who isn't an absolute flake.
