I have had a great experience seeing Dr. Mathew at Trinity Wellness. I was having pretty severe depression and had lost my energy and the joy in my life. After meeting with Dr. Mathew, he suggested both medication and lifestyle changes to help me feel better. I followed his advice and began the meds, dietary changes and exercise recommendations. After about 2-3 weeks , I saw a significant change in mood. I saw Dr Mathew once a month for 3 months to make small changes to the meds and make some dietary changes, and now I am feeling the best I have in years. I would recommend Dr Mathew highly , and also recommend that you go in with an open mind and fully embrace all of the lifestyle changes that he recommends. Staff is efficient and nice, and appointments run on time. He is very knowledgeable about medications and is a nice person while maintaining his professionalism. He has helped me a lot. Wonderful, professional, intelligent, caring doctors and therapists. Dr Matthew has been a God-send!

Dr. Mathew did our evaluation for an adoption. He was incredibly accommodating with the arcane requirements of the process. He's got a very welcoming demeanor that immediately puts you at ease and his office is nice and pleasant. We'll certainly come back if we need help in the future!

EXCELLENT PLACE!!!! Been going here for 5 years. Since then, I have brought both my daughters, my neice, my Dad, and many friends. EXCELLENT therapists and doctors. I couldn't say enough good things about them; they have helped me and many others that I know tremendously!! Thank You Trinity Wellness!! ;)
