I was in need of an emergency appt. due to severe pain. They gave me an appt. for 5 days later Sussex Dental feels that it is ok for a patient to wait 5 days to see anyone regardless of the severity of pain. I addressed these concerns with Dr. Lapinski. The receptionist lied saying she offered me an apt for the same day. Dr. Lapinski seems to think that nothing wrong occurred here. That is very alarming. Dr. Lapinski covered for his receptionist. Dr. Lapinski and his staff are deceitful.
