First time to this facility , it was very clean friendly staff and I like Doctor Kay

Lula was so sweet in getting my information. Dr Kay gave me an injection in my knee and it already feels much better.

My appointment with Dr. Kay went extremely well. He listened to me and gave options of treatment. Options that I never had from my previous doctor who has since retired. There are two things that I am thankful for: 1) that my previous doctor had retired, and 2) that I was able to see Dr. Kay. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kay!

Full disclosure: I worked a couple years in a hospital. Nurses, physical therapist, and a doctor in the family. I'm curious, informed, engaged in my health & wellbeing. and surrounded by medical expertise. I'm not typical patient. I don't walk into a doctor's office and demand to be "fixed." Instead, I look for a partner I can trust and with whom I can work to improve my health or to address an issue. Dr. Kay is perfect. He makes sure you understand what is wrong and will discuss solutions, helping you find the best approach to your recovery. He listens. He is probably brilliant, but he'd not flaunt that. He is kind and compassionate and respectful. Although a surgeon, Dr. Kay is not one to rush you to the operating room--backed up by a superb group of physical therapists and LSB&J, he will explore conservative therapies wherever appropriate. Yes, he may be late--happens when you generously give patients the time they require. Get over it.

Dr Kay is a very professional and knowledgeable Dr who listened to me about my problem and helped it.I am glad I listened to my mom who also went to him and was helped.I would definitely refer Dr Kay hands on.

It was a positive posterior hip replacement. All things went well.

Dr. Kay operated on me before with positive results. Today, he was thorough and the visit was good.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. X-ray technician was patient and thorough. Assistant answered questions and Dr. Kay explained what the x-rays showed and what my options were.

Dr. Kay my opinion is a fantastic doctor. Not only is he very personable but he listens. He has continue to help me with my shoulder and my knee issues. He has done surgery on both and is a fantastic surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone who is suffering with pain that is nagging and simply just won't go away. Dr Thomas Kay is a very good, thorough and kind doctor. I had two hips and one knee replaced by him. He makes sure you have the most adequate care and summaries of your visits and surgeries. Feel safe with Dr Kay with all your needs.

WARNING!! This man literally put my leg together wrong. My foot was crooked when he was finished! Didn’t place my bones near each other in order to heal. Took an X-ray and failed to see that the metal plate in my leg was broken!

I'd never go back to Dr. Kay ever again. He is always an hour and a half late to all his appointments. Whenever he does get around to seeing you he's in there for less than 5 minutes. I've seen him 4 times and had surgery with him (which was also a poor decision) and I've talked to him for under 10 minutes total. He did ACL reconstruction surgery on me and messed up the surgery! The pin in my was never attached properly. If you have the choice, and you do, go elsewhere.
