It’s always stressful when you need to see a doctor, especially a surgeon. But right away, I felt at ease. The staff was very nice, helpful and pleasant. When I met Dr. Bergamini he immediately made me feel at ease. My wife accompanied me, and he immediately greeted her, and inquired as to who she was and her name. He kept her involved and answered her questions as well as mine. He explained in detail his thoughts on my tests, and my condition. Never were we rushed, and all questions were answered completely and explained so we could understand. I feel very blessed to have doctor Bergamini in my corner, because I know he can and will help me.

Received 2 bills for the same procedure because the first check hadn't cleared. Sent another check, and both cleared within 2 weeks. Billing applied the second check to a procedure From 2 years earlier, for which I was never billed. If you visit this office, make them write down everything they've done. Told me because I never paid the first bill, they applied the second check to a 2018 test. Terrible way to do business. All over $16.83. Billed $16.83 for a procedure and paid on 7-2-2020. Check didn't clear. Billed again and sent another $16.83 on 9-12-2020. Then both checks cleared, and when I called, she said the 2nd payment was to cover a procedure in 2018. It's ridiculous to tell me it was applied to a 2 year old procedure, for which I was never billed, and the cost is EXACTLY the same 2 years later. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.

He might be a great doctor but his office staff is horrible. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen you will enjoy your visit. People like this are the downfall of healthcare. Good luck

Office staff is horrible and rude. This doctor talked over me the entire visit. He was clearly not interested in even hearing my health history and issues. Find a different doctor.

A brilliant surgeon, who pretty much saved my life.

I see someone give 1 star Dr Bergamini did 3 surgerys on me and he's the best out there 5+stars.

Dr. B is very efficient and reserved. I have utmost confidence in him. You just have to have a list of questions when you meet because if you don't bring it up he may not. I have had two stent and graft surgeries in the past year. If I need more I am sure hoping he can do them. I feel safe with my life in his hands.
