Dr Brown is wonderful

Dr Brown was kind and did a great job.

DR Brown is a very knowledgeable & caring Dr. He did sinus surgery on me, he took the time to explain things & assure me what to expect. I felt confident going into surgery & what to expect during recovery! All of his staff were very helpful & caring! They are a Awesome group!

From the polite receptionist to Dr. Brown, I definitely give them 5 stars. My son and I both have been patients for over 6 years and I highly recommend Dr. Brown. He is very trustworthy, honest, and doesn't push surgery unless it is absolutely necessary. He is always available and never seems bothered by my incessant questions. We have been seeing Dr. Brown for over 12 years, through my daughter’s 11 sets of tunes, T&A removed at 16 months old and Adenoids removed again at 4 years old. He has always been great with her and all of her issues. They have always been able to fit her in, due to emergencies. Dr. Brown is very laid back which I feel helps my kiddo relax more around him. We loved Dr Brown. He took great care of my dad & always spent the extra time to explain everything in detail. He made us feel reassured and gave options versus other doctors who only wanted to be quick to do surgery. He is very educated & knowledgeable in what he does. Dr Brown thank you to you & your great staff.

Horrible bedside manner. Does not explain what he is doing at the moment or even what he sees. Had to pull out of him the information. Then his response was to just deal with the pain. Even leaving the office, the staff just pointed to the exit sign. I guess he knows what he's doing, but we will never be back.
