My five children and I have been seeing Dr. Cook collectively for 13 Years, now. My children and I are very comfortable with the entire staff and feel welcome and cared for as patients! Dr. Cook is very sweet, caring and attentive! When my kids are sick or hurt, she usually gets them in the same day or the nery next day. She NEVER unnecessarily forces her opinions or beliefs on our family and really lets US be in control of our health. She does a wonderful job of providing knowledge and insight so that my family can make the best decisions for us. Dr. Cook and her office staff always remember each of my five children and myself when we are in her office as if they know us personally. I am so thankful for Dr. Cook and her office! I will never go anywhere else!

Dr. Cook sees both of my children. We have been with her for about 5 years now. She goes above and beyond to help her patients. Sometimes her or Tressa will squeeze us in to be seen. I love that about them, because I trust their opinion and try to avoid urgent cares if possible. The staff is amazing as well. They all make my kids feel comfortable about being there and I have full trust in the entire staff.

Dr. Cook is a fantastic Doctor. She covers all your needs. She is very professional and a wonderful doctor. I feel very comfortable in the office with ypu.

We love Dr Cook, Tressa, and the entire staff. They have been so kind and compassionate and helpful every time we have needed them.

Dr Cook and Teresa are great. The Check Out Lisa (not check in Lisa bc they have the same name) is awful. She is rude and snippy and hard to deal with. If you can’t do the appointment time she suggests she’s snippy and if you request a certain time of day or week it seems like the end of the world. I’ve dealt with her poor attitude one too many times. It’s a shame that such a good practice has such a bad apple. Dr Cook and Teresa are great. Dr Cook is wonderful. She's kind and patient. Staff is friendly and professional as well. I highly recommend. She was great with my son and took her time with us as new patients.

Dr. Cook and her nursing staff are amazing. She not only takes the time to listen but she also genuinely cares.

Doesn’t answer the phone, seems like they are more worried about getting you out the door so they can see the next person. Won’t be returning and I urge you to check your opinions before going with this doctor.

The Dr is amazing. She is great with kids and if they need to see her she will find a way to squeeze them into her schedule. She is knowledgeable and tries her best to make every visit easy on them. Tressa is great with the adults. Dr. Cook mostly sees kids so when you get an appointment it's with either her NP or PA and her NP Tressa is one of the better ones I've seen. The Dr is amazing. The office are consistently rude

Recently, I have gone to Dr. Cook's office for a skin condition; was seen by a nurse practitioner who prescribed treatment. It worked for as long as the prescribed medications lasted and then returned. I went to a follow-up appt. and was prescribed different medication by the NP, which also failed to address my painful skin condition. I then called to speak with Dr. Cook was aware of this and was told that I needed to set an additional office appt. with her for a consultation. Time for a new PCP
