I would leave a 0star if possible, the lady at the front desk on the phone was very unprofessional They are refusing to give me Any medication to help with the pain from my teeth, I'm having to get dentures due to bad oral genetics and they don't care thar your in constant pain they said and I quote "I can set you up a appointment on Monday to be seen but we won't proscribe you any medication for being in pain we might give you antibiotics if your lucky". I have never abused medication or even been proscribed anything stronger than Ibuprofen and they are treating me like I'm some kind of addict. Terrible doctors never go here or let your friends or family go here. They don't care if you suffer the woma. On the phone sounded like she was laughing at me when I told her I will not be back to their office. Very unprofessional. I have no issues my Physician, but some office staff members are far too often unprofessional. Especially when calling into the office, if you can actually get through? One employee upon check-in actually became very aggravated with me when I requested my new patient documents? Her reluctant behavior, tone and facial expressions were completely unprofessional. Sadly, there have been far too many other incidents since that very first visit, about six months ago now, which is why I'm currently planning to find another Healthcare provider. Simple task aren't done in a timely manner,and if done at all and when mentioned to the staffs attention, l received mere excuses. I'd rather not be made to feel like a nuisance. This wonderful doctor saved my mother's life! Mom's CA-125 lab counts were in the normal range but Dr. Stump took the time to look over mom's past labs and saw that her level had tripled. After ordering further diagnostic testing, it was found that mom had ovarian cancer. She was treated and is in remission now! If it hadn't been for Dr. Stump's diligence, the cancer wouldn't have been found until much later down the road and in a much later stage. I would recommend this doctor to ANYONE!

DR. STUMP is the opposite of other Doctors at this clinic she is very nice and appears to actually care for her patient's. She is a true healer where other Doctors should only be a administrators. Dr Stump is great just avoid the others at this practice Except Cindy Pressler she seems to be a good PA.
