amazing dentist 100% recommended !!

Be VERY aware before you have work done here, and do your dental insurance homework. I was led to believe that this establishment took my insurance. Also, under the impression that insurance would cover the procedures and everything was on the up&up. That being said, a customer walks out expecting to pay their portion of the costs without issue; however, two weeks later I receive a bill in the mail for the entirety of the procedures. They were more than aware of my insurance and had every opportunity to inform me of, 1. this particular dentist being out of network and 2. the costs of the visit - BEFORE proceeding. I am aware that it is not their job per se, to give their patients a heads up regarding these issues...nevertheless, I haven't been to a medical establishment that lacked such courteous due-diligence. I'm sure there are fine individuals who work for this office; this review is for the simple fact of there being a major lack of information prior to work being done, in which the customer ends up paying for it (literally). Dr. Hatchett not only seems to be a great and caring dentist, but also is a genuinely nice human being with great energy that put me at ease. He’s one of the most warm people that I’ve met for the first time. Nothing fake, no pretense, just genuinely nice yet professional. This is the best dental experience I have ever had. His staff was also wonderful and caring. I am so thankful that I decided to go to this office. Dr. Hatchett and his staff are simply wonderful. I have been a patient of Dr. Hatchett for over 10 years and during my years of seeing him I can not ever think of an unpleasant experience. Over all my years I have been to several Dentist. Several things that I have noticed and wanted to take the time to share about Dr. Hatchett are that He and his staff actually provide the environment and personal touch that others with the fancy commercials promise but dont really quite deliver. Sadly no one really likes going to the dentist, its a draw back to his profession, I guess. If you have a dentist or needing one I urge you to do yourself a favor ( SWITCH ) Like myself you will be amazed at how well they treat and make you feel. The best !!!

Have been going to Dr Hatchett for a few years.Always feel comfortable and relaxed.Called me once personally to tell me my appointment was canceled due to increment weather.That was enough for me to know I will always be a patient of his.Staff is very friendly and professional.Would highly recommend to anyone.
