Wait time here is horrible. The front staff makes it almost impossible to see the doctor. I called to request an urgent sick visit for my son a few months back, he had stomach pain (unrelated to covid) the receptionists offered me an appointment for the following week saying that was the most available time slot. How can that even be acceptable? You have to wait sometimes more than 1 month for a well child appointment, and that's if they dont call you a few days before to say the doctor won't be in the office asking to reschedule. Staff is rude, unwillingly to listening to a parents need. Even though we liked Dr. Trevino, I transferred my children else where due to the front desk unprofessionalism and lack of compassion. I attempted to make 5 visits this year, either well child visits or sick visits and ended up taking my kids elsewhere because the front desk made it impossible to acomadete us. Not only is the doctor losing money but a patient's trust due to this. I've also left messages to Dr Trevino asking her to please call me back without hearing from her. I LOVE the staff, Dr.Trevino & Dr.Renae always make our appts pleasant they are very attentive and answer all my concerns.

We had switched doctors completely when our five month olds skin started to scale and his original pediatrician wasn’t helping. We kept getting turned away saying he was to young for any creams or oral medication. We spent many many nights crying because our baby was so uncomfortable. Then We received a recommendation to Dr.Trevino and I actually cried in the office explain to her what was wrong and how bad he actually was doing. He wasn’t sleeping he wouldn’t play he was was just miserable! Trevino gave us a complete treatment guide and some ointment to use. Literally the NEXT DAY we seen results! His skin wasn’t so red and his scalp was so much better! This doctor is a blessing and my fiancé and I are so great full that she has helped our baby. The office is very clean and the staff is the sweetest! When I was having trouble with my insurance the staff went above and beyond to help with what they could and got my son an appointment the next day of settling everything. We couldn’t be happier and I will now and forever recommend Dr.Trevino to everyone. Thank you so much! Wait time is horrible. Staff is rude and unwilling to help any patient out. Making appointments here is almost impossible. Bad experience overall.

Each time I had an appointment to see this doctor I was kept waiting for about half an hour. The one time I brought it up to her she went off on a rant and stalked out of the room. She also misdiagnosed my 1 year olds skin condition. I would definitely not recommend this doctor.

Awesome

Dr Trevino kept us waiting quite awhile each time we had an appointment with her. She misdiagnosed my child.

We waited an hour for our appointment with the Dr. We were after a well baby appointment Our visit should have been real quick, my daughter just needed her ears checked. The Dr had a rough bed side manner. Neither my daughter or I cared for her. We found another pediatrician who is more caring and compassionate

Thanks to Dr. Trevino my children love going for their check-ups. She's so patient and friendly! I highly recommend her!

Dr Trevino is the perfect personality for a pediatrician. Always upbeat. Really cares about the teenagers too. I take my grandaughter who is not 16. Dr gives her so much encouragement! I highly recommend her.

I love Dr.Sylvia Trevino!! She is very personal with me and my daughter, always answers any questions and concerns I have about my daughter and always reassures me when I worried or concerned! Her office is very kid friendly, every room painted and themed differently! As we drive by her office my daughter begs for me to stop so she can see her dr. and visit the fish! Her nurses are also very great! I wouldn't trade our pediatrician if someone paid me to do so, love her and her practice! I love Dr.Sylvia Trevino!!
