Dr Hawley and all her staff are very friendly and make you feel totally comfortable. Sherry my hygienist did an amazing job on my teeth and explained everything on my xrays to me. Dr Hawley is the first dentist I have been to that actually listened to what concerned me the most about my teeth and made a treatment plan that I will be happy with. I highly recommend Dr. Hawley and her staff. Dr. Hawley is wonderful: Ten years ago, I had her put on veneers to make my teeth look straighter and whiter. They look fantastic to this day. Her hygenists are the best - very, very gentle. Great with adults and kids.

I called for a same day appt (new patient) my front tooth cracked and she was able to fix it same day. Also got me in for a cleaning very quick. I had some more work done and I am very happy with the care I received. Excellent Dr and staff! Thank you!!!

Excellent dental care and a wonderful office. Dr. Hawley and her office staff are very talented and kind. You would be hard pressed to find better dental care.

I feel I was truly blessed to find this office... What an incredible team. Sometimes it can be very nerve-wracking to walk into a dentist office but they were so caring and gentle I found my forever office. Dr.Hawley knows her stuff and her work was outstanding!!! I cannot thank you enough for giving this girl her confidence back.

Dr. Hawley and all of girls in the office are some of the most kind and caring people I know. Dr. Hawley is the most gentle dentist I’ve ever been to. I have never felt her give me a shot and she’s given me plenty. They make sure you are comfortable and relaxed during the whole visit and scheduling is always a breeze. Dr. Hawley and her staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Due to multiple job relocations, we have had many dentists. She is the best!! We continue to travel out of state for our appointments.

I have been going to Dr. Hawley for a couple of years now and all I have had is positive experiences. Dr. Hawley and her team go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. I am 45 yrs old and have always had bad or unpleasant experiences with the dentist. I would have to say I finally found my home dentist and might even get some cosmetic work done too since she offers orthodontics work as well! I need a dentist. Based on the reviews I decided to make an appointment with First Impressions. I called twice and was immediately put on hold both times. I hung up after 10 minutes of waiting each time. I guess my search for a new dentist continues. Very disappointed.

The staff at First Impressions is awesome. They always take good care of me and listen to my concerns/questions. We definitely work together for my dental health needs!

Best in town dentist and dental care! Not that I had been to all dental clinic in town, but why do I have to since this clinic is for sure the best I can ask for. Staffs are very sincere, sweet, well informed, polite and treat me well. I love my dental hygienist, Sherryl (sorry if I misspelled!). She has super soft hands, good at her jobs, great at x-ray. Dr. Hawley is so awesome! very friendly, very knowledgeable and skilled. I am so impressed when she read my whole mouth x-ray and pointed out where all my cavity. My previous dentist never do such things. Dr. Hawley spent lots of time to explain and educate me about teeth, not just come in to do 5 mins exam and leave. She did fix my “only 1 year old” cracked crown, she fixed many of my cavities. And recently gave me a nice beautiful bonding for my front teeth gaps. I love her jobs! She is very meticulous, makes perfect jobs. She makes sure call to follow up on you and will correct her jobs if it causes uncomfort in your mouth. I love her. I told my husband to change his dentist and he now loves her! Amy - dental assistant is so sweet! she is so kind and gentle. Natalie - receptionist is also the best! sweet person, smart at her jobs (insurance stuffs that I hate to deal with!) she always call me to remind of my appt. everyone here is so good at what they do. The clinic is small but very cute! and clean. And finally, you have to love this! they spoil you with free Netflix on iPad attached on the light above your dental bed. You can choose your movie, will give you headphone so enjoy it. More option! there is a thing like “smelly oxygen” I’m not sure what it called. You can wear this respiratory mask. This smelly oxygen, air blows to your nose to give you relaxation. It was fun to try! This place is so much of fun, high technology. The dental radiology is also high tech scale. We have been with Doctor Susan Hawley and her team for a few years. Here’s what my two girls (9 and 11) say; “They are nice”, “I like it”, and “It’s fun, because we get to watch shows”. Yes, they are talking about the dentist office where they get shots and fillings! The whole team makes the patient feel welcome and comfortable. I almost (maybe did for a second... awkward... Ha-ha!) fell asleep during a filling today! They go above and beyond my past normal experiences. For example, I have seen time and again where they have got me in to see the dentist on short-notice request, and she also asks for input and respects our wishes with regard to forming a dental plan-of-action when a few teeth need help at the same time. From cleaning-hygiene to scheduling and billing, this practice is great! I have been fortunate a few times in my life with great dental care, and left a few past practices as fast as I could. Well, now my family has a dental “home”. I would suspect that your family would feel the same about Doctor Hawley and her team! ???? I have found a fantastic Dentist. I needed a new dentist and had a dental emergency. The staff was excellent. The Dr was a perfectionist!!! Loved my first experience!! What a Blessing!

Dr. Hawley is an excellent Dentist. She is very thorough and a caring person. I have had several procedures done and she and her office staff have been great. My husband and I have been very pleased with her experience. We would definitely recommend her to our family and friends and we have done so in the past.
