Dr. Herold is the worst dr there! I don’t normally see her and I never will again! All the other drs are great! But her she doesn’t wanna listen to her clients needs, very rude and the worst experience iv ever had there by seeing her!!!

Great all around health care literally from A - Z! can be seen at the same place for multiple issues, plus they have their own pharmacy! Staff are amazing & the docs & other care providers are *beyond the best* They have saved me tons of times & gotten me through some very bad times as well! Some of the most caring,professional & friendly staff that take the time to know who you are by name, not by a "patient ID" Very highly recommended; & they have an amazing team that work to get you in & out both quickly & efficiently - ty to all the staff & team! & yall are the best! ????Esp.dr. coleman!????

I had my first new patient appointment today, and I have NEVER seen an office full of such nice and helpful people!!! Dr. Lindsey is who I see, and she was absolutely wonderful. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a doctor before! The office is clean, staff friendly and helpful, and Janet is a magician with getting blood work!! I am a hard stick, usually always 3 - 4 tries before getting blood and she got it in one go!! Highly recommend

This Dr. is a sad excuse for a medical professional. He runs a weight loss service and preys upon his patients to get them in the door and make more money off of them. He thinks that weighing 130lbs is enough to talk down to his patients and ignore their experiences. NEVER see this Dr.

Do NOT go to this doctor if you have ANY swlf-image issues. He is BEYOND reprehensible shaming a young girl for being 5 pounds overweight!! Had he BOTHERED to look at her med chart he would have understood she's had issues with being UNDERWEIGHT her entire life, and was FINALLY happy. I just can't with this misogynistic attitude!!

Dr nair lied to me and if you cant trust your doctor then who do you trust .would not recommend anyone to go here hes not a man of his word you have to file a complaint with medical board and your insurance company that way they wont send or recommend anyone else to hom .I filed against him an hired an attorney

First visit there and the guy at the front desk was extremely rude. I was told I would be sent to an orthopedic and if I didn’t hear from them within 2 weeks to call back . WTH !!!! 2 weeks. Went to the ER for severe back pain to the point of throwing up and passing out on a saturday the Er said they found nothing in my blood or urine and sent me home went to the dr on Monday still in severe pain they ordered an x at to be done so I left and immediately went back to the er to have my x ray called and emailed my dr a week later to see if they found anything in my results they said they still hadn't received my x ray so I contacted the ER to see if they had and they said they had already sent it. I have several clients that see DR nairs office. One client sees sarita Nair. She is polite responsive and is very smart. We have never had a bad experience With her. My other client sees Amy Thomas the nurse practitioner… she is above AMAZING!!!! we have been on deadlines for signatures and she quickly signs whatever. The front office support to check in is always kind and accommodating.. this office offers home visits as well as a patient portal. Check in person was very rude! After waiting in my car and my vitals taken they asked for my pill bottle of the controled script. Well not one time was I told to do that. I don't even have the bottle ...so Dr. Nair refused to see me. I've been with that practice over 20 yrs. Looks like I'm going elsewhere.

Nair is a horrible doctor. Could care less about being an actual doctor and finding what is wrong. Only cares about prescribing medications for every possible symptom to fill prescriptions at their pharmacy. Their pharmacy is much higher than Anywhere else. I requested a new doctor after waiting way beyond my appointment times while seeing Dr. SYDNEY. I was given a new physician. He left the practice I was given another doctor who suggested I have a new procedure done to better assist with my medication. He assured me it was very affordable. Everyone here is amazing except Mr. Dr. Nair. Essentially accused me of abusing my medication with no proof. He doesn’t feel empathetic or caring in the slightest, truly unfit personality for a doctor imo. He has went on vacation one day before a medicine refill appointment (adderall) and it made me go through severe withdrawals. I’ve also had an experience where I forgot a mask and was declined to have a visit because they couldn’t give me one of the many masks behind the counter. My daughter died within twenty four hours after they said she was fine.Would not trust them. Her name was Andrea Vanmeter. They have never apologized for their incompetence. They called the morning after her appointment, realized their mistake,she never made it to the hospital.

If I could rate this place a negative star I would. I had a scheduled appointment 3-3-20 at 9:15 am. They called me the morning of the appointment and said my doctor had gone home sick. Now mind, you they charge you $25 if you cancel the day of or less than 24 hours before your appointment. So I rescheduled for 3-10-20 at the same time. I showed up to the appointment and literally sat there for almost 2 hours and was never called back or given an explanation on why I was still sitting in the waiting area. The nurses are wonderful. The NP I see, Sydney Dowell, is so thorough, she really cares. This office only has two problems as far as I can tell: 1) the wait times are horrendous, and 2) the check-out receptionist appears to hate people and her job. Absolutely very impressed by Shaun the Nurse Practitioner. Only one complaint. One of my Prescriptions that was sent to Walgreens needed to be corrected so they sent a request. No response. I called Dr. Nairs office only to be told by rude, rushed person that he would get to it in time. Soooo 2 days later Walgreens sent another request only to get no response. I seen Shaun on Friday. Nurse Shawn takes very good care of his patients I appreciate his expertise he's figured out more to help me than most doctors have in 30 years I appreciate the entire staff they all take their time with me they're very patient and thorough they always call me back and they always let me know what everything means and what's going on

My father recently started seeing Sean Goddard ARNP in Dr. Nair's office for various health issues. He came to this office, on a friend's recommendation, for a second opinion. Sean was VERY through with his assessments and all the testing and specialist referrals. My family could not be more pleased with the care and service my father received. Just switched primary care providers to Sean Goddard ARNP at Dr. Nair's office on Dixie Hwy. I am impressed how quickly several issues were addressed. Sean took care of medication changes, labs, MRI, x-rays and got me to a specialist who was able to provide an epidural injection for chronic back pain. Ive never had a Dr.'s office be as responsive this quickly. I would recommend this office and Sean Goddard ARNP. I absolutely loved Dr. Eldemire and recommended this place to many people. However, my last visit here with a different doctor was below even satisfactory, so I will not be back, or be referring anyone else.

This place is simply the worst. My boyfriend goes here & I'm gonna talk him into going somewhere else. When he has a Prescription to be filled, I'm the one to go and get it for him. He tells this place multiple times (& circles it on a printed piece of paper that they provide) that he wants the prescription to go to the pharmacy at a certain address that is closest to us. The paper shows the exact address everytime & I've called them multiple times to have it changed to our closest pharmacy. No matter how many times we tell & show them, they always send the presc. to the one that isn't close to us!! I went to see doc Tina Simpson. She deserves 10 stars however I am still waiting for my birth control to come in 7 weeks later when I was told 2-3 weeks. I failed to mention that the office had worked my mother in last minute so that she could be seen the same day, they have always been extremely flexible and are more than willing to work with their patients to get them the best care possible when it best fits their schedule. He is awesome! I have NEVER had a problem getting a fast accurate response from Him. I have recommended most my family and friends to his practice. We all feel the same about him being a very important part of this area. I trust him with my healthcare and he has never let me down. So stop fussing if you have to wait a few minutes....Dr. Nair works very hard to keep all of his patients taken care of I should know 1/4 of them are my friends and family.....Thank You Dr. Nair!

I am going to be finding a new doctor's office and this whole ordeal with my foot is done. I have hurt my foot somehow, and I work as a loader at night at ups. I am in constant pain. The doctor sent me to get an x-ray and told me he should get the results fast. It has been a week, and I have been having to call up there a couple days now. Have been to see them twice. I had been sick for 5 weeks diagnosed with Upper Respiratory Infection and Bronchitis and they did blood work up and called me back in to tell me I had "Mono". I saw Sydney and she was very thorough. I was impressed with staff, nurses and my medical practitioner. GREAT JOB!

I have been going to this office for several years now. I am normally able to get in quickly when I need to be seen quickly. All the doctors, including Dr. Nair have taken the time to see me and listen to my concerns.

I've been going to this doctor's office for 3 years dr. The fact that there's only 2 people working lines and they give you an appointment card but don't do their jobs and actually put the appointment on the schedule, I need to find a different doctors office and change my insurance over to that one so I don't have to deal with these people anymore. Dr nair was very unprofessional he did not give me a solution to what was going on he called me a lier and will not see him again he yelled at me i don't expect to have this kind of service i was so bad he had me crying when i left his office

I feel like the bad reviews on here are from people who were really sick and irritable due to that. However, I have been seeing this doctor for some time and so has my whole family. None of us have really encountered any issues except for maybe a bill miscalculation which was corrected.

Katie Elm is a great NP. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend seeing her.

Funny people complain about having to wait a week, I called this morning and got an appt tomorrow morning. The billing staff could use some retraining, but I've been a patient of his for over 20 years and couldn't be more pleased! When people don't get what they want, it's always someone else's fault.

This office operates like a used car lot. The minute you walk in the door, they start trying to sell you botox, and set you up for a cpap machine. There's a glass display case in the waiting room & the TVs run constant drug commercials. There is an on-sight pharmacy. They lied to my 84 year old Father and told him if he didn't agree to a 'wellness exam' he would lose his insurance. When they added a kidney doctor to staff, it was incredible how quickly Dad developed kidney trouble. They SUCK!!

My father, a WWII veteran, decided to make an appointment with Dr. Nair because the VA doctors were NOT meeting his medical needs. Dr. Nair examined my father, ordered necessary labs, and referred Dad to the appropriate specialists. Dr. Nair continued as Dad's primary physician throughout his illness. Additionally Dr. Nair treated my father with respect, listened to his concerns and supported him emotionally. My family is thankful to have Nair Internal Medicine in charge of our medical needs.

His PA let my try Belsomra for sleep, as I have been on Ambien for years due to severe insomnia. I do take several other medications for other medical issues that would typically make anyone else sleepy, but they only work for their intended purpose, and don't make me sleep. Today was the first time I saw Dr Nair and he said he would not prescribe Ambien for me. When I asked him what medications he thought it would interfere with he told me to look it up on Google. He was a complete JERK!

Never ever change your insurance and never have a medical emergency. They will never see you earlier than one week out, no matter how severe your problems are, and if you change medical insurance they will keep billing you the full amount because your old insurance company won't pay them the difference. They then sit on their thumbs and wait for the grace period to expire, accuse you of being at fault, and try to collect the full amount from you anyway. I can't tell you how many times I have had to wait 35-45 minutes in waiting room after scheduling appointments on my lunch break, since he only sees patients for my concern at particular times of the week. Might I note, it's never on my off day! Then to be taken to a room to wait another 10-15 minutes before he comes in. Finally, once Dr. Nair comes in he spends a whole 2-5 minutes to basically sign your script and shove you out the door. Wow! That $135 dollars insurance doesn't cover was worth it!(:S) God forbid you ask him a medical question that has to do with something other then your originally scheduled appointment was for. He will brush it off and suggest you schedule an appointment for his regular office. I work in sales and was forced to cancel an appointment since I had a customer show unannounced. His office has now issued me a $35 "No Show/ Cancel fee" and is obsessively having Aladdin's monkey, Abu harass me over it, threatening me by phone . I refuse to pay a fee of sorts to a Dr. that hasn't respected to be on time for my appointments, yet the one time I have to cancel, I'm charged a fee. I will never go back to this DR! I have recently found a nurse practitioner to handle my concerns. I drive an extra 25 minutes further because she is polite, I can schedule on my off days, I never wait more than 10 minutes after appointment time, and she listens to my questions and concerns for the same office fee. Dr. Nair is an arrogant, money grubbing, male chauvinist. This "Dr" could care less about patients.
