Terrible experience on multiple visits. Put me through unnecessary & grueling testing,which took hours each time. She was never prepared, had too many interruptions & showed up late twice. I had to stop her midway through a test, and it was extremely painful. My primary still hasn’t received my reports, almost a year later. I was charged for a visit which never happened for a day on which her office is closed. Her desk staff changed frequently & she didn’t use computers. She kept asking me for different & higher co pays, when mine are almost always the same. I showed up for 1 visit & was sent home, after waiting 15 minutes. A nightmare!

KEEP LOOKING. After spending the last 10 days with right ear hearing loss and vertigo so bad, I vomited, I made an appointment with this doctor. Had someone drive me because, DIZZY. Office neglected to tell me they don't take credit cards. (Seriously?? It's 2021!) Suggested I "run to an ATM". Again, DIZZY. It was their mistake so I expected an exception. Doctor said, "There are other neurologists." This woman has no empathy and refused to treat me for a $30 copay I could have given her with 3 different credit cards. Meanwhile, I'm still so dizzy, I can hardly stand. I will file a complaint with the state.

i had been a patient of Dr Delanerolle’s since 2009 when I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder. i had been to other doctors of neurology at the onset and none gave me the support medically or emotionally I needed to deal with this diagnosis. Dr Delanerolle actually listened to me and worked with me as a team to battle this diagnosis. She gave me her time. she didn’t just rush me out the door. She found the right treatment immediately to deal with my issues and her door was always open. she believed me when I told her I was getting weak again and needed another treatment. She didn’t make me wait because papers said it should last months. Her instincts were right on and I am happy to say it is 6 years since my last treatment. I am living normally without any side effects and I thank Dr D for helping me through the worst time in my life.

Each of my 3 visits was chaotic, lengthy & in one case debilitating. Billing is a nightmare. Front desk always has a new face. Doctor seems preoccupied & was never prepared for my tests. During one visit I was there 3 1/2 hours & left in much pain. She is a fairly nice lady, but not at all organized. She sent a past due notice to me, handwritten, when it hadnt even been submitted to my 2 insurances. She also asked for more money than I owed, according to the insurance companies.

Extremely unprofessional. I have been a patient of hers for many years. I needed a prescription refilled. I went to the office that afternoon for this reason and she tried to hustle me for $200 cash up front. Will never go back again. AND she does not have any front desk staff. Her husband was answering phones.
