I took my father here the doctor was very professional however the office manager was rude to me on the telephone actually hung up on me made false accusations complained about how many times I had called the office it's sad for such a skilled doctor to be surrounded by someone so unprofessional will never be back here again and will never recommend this doctor solely based on the unprofessional demeanor of the office manager Melody I would put her last name but she refused to tell me.

Dr Sue's receptionist is EXTREMELY rude. I have multiple instances where she reported to my primary dr that she tried to reach me when I questioned her on this she told me they had a zero tolerance for rudeness when she was the one interrupting me. Also there phone number on this website is wrong Dr Sue no longer practices at the clinic for this number. I experience a great deal of pain and am looking for a Dr that can help me with the right care, a doctor is only as good as their staff.
