I told them prior to my child's appointment that I would pay what was owed up until then, $111, now and the new charges later. Left my credit card with my wife and child while I was at work. They had been doing an average of $100 dollars of work a month. They proceeded to rack up over $500 worth of charges. I told them I needed that money to survive, so she said she could refund me, and then proceeded to charge $134 more from my card. Their refund system doesn't work worth a crap. There were two charges at this point totaling almost at $700. The $134 charge SHOULD have been $111 like prior owed. They pulled that other number out of the air. The point is due to excessive charging and a failed rebate system I had to wait 15 days to get my money back from the bank and now have all kinds of charges for the dentist I didn't have before and I somehow owe over half a thousand dollars. They can act like this is nothing, but I just typed this to warn people to stay away from these thieves.
