On every visit Dr Steve and is staff are friendly, polite, caring and helpful. Been going to him since he cared for both my parents. Outstanding care, listens and responds to all my issues immediately. I never went to doctors before and only after I had to, I saw Dr Steve. He made me feel very comfortable and I now go yearly plus whenever I have an ailment. I never hesitate to book appointments with him. Definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a caring and kind doctor.

Great primary care Dr. Office staff is great, can't say enough good about Dr. Steve.

Dr. Russo is very uncaring and his front office is extremely rude. I find that he serves patients from a moral high ground, refusing to prescribe even medical marijuana and treating mental health issues with an extremely unprofessional level of stigma. I do NOT recommend. Stay away and find someone who actually gives a crap about patients, who isn't just collecting stacks as the only doc in a small town.

Dr. Steve is a terrific family physician. My husband and I have been going to him for about 3 yrs. Going to his office is an easy and pleasant experience - he is always available for questions (phone or online) or an urgent visit when needed. I never wait more than 30 minutes to be seen. My husband had not seen a doctor in 20 years and finally agreed to go and is now on a proper regimen of exercise and medication under Dr. Russo's care. Very pleased overall with our medical care.

I wish the front desk was as professional and helpful as Dr. Russo and the medical staff. Scheduling is always difficult by phone and checkin is uneccesarily stressful. I was actually told 'I've spoken to 1000 people today.'
