I had been going to Dr Ross for several years. I like him very much, but can not get past the office staff. The last several years they refuse to give me an appointment. Very rude.

Dr Ross and staff have been very professional every time time I have been in his office . Very pleased .

I tried to make an appointment and had one canceled appointment and one missed appointment from over a year ago now the front office will not allow me to schedule an appointment. It is not fair to not allow this as I am a single working mother and things come up with family and work to have to reschedule appointments and cancel. Been using Dr Ross for years. He listens and takes time to get to know you.

Love Dr. Ross but his front staff are horrible! Mary and Kimberly have terrible customer service. We have had repeated issues with both from overcharging, not taking insurance, not letting you talk to the nurse to get a refill and then not even telling anyone you called it in, general aggressiveness and rudeness when you come in or call. Credit where credit is due - I published a rather unkind review a couple of years ago, expressing my frustration at the difficulty I was having refilling prescriptions. Since then I must admit that the process is much improved. I have had much less difficulty requesting and receiving prescription refills. In shock you can literally be laughed at by staff for misspelling a medication so I filed a complaint and instead of correcting marrys behavior he rather lose a patient.... I cant describe my experience other than pathetic

Dr. Ross has been my doctor for several years now and I consider him the best! His office location isn't very convenient for me since I've moved but I would travel anywhere for this type of service and care. He is very knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and caring. Listens to my hypochondriac rants, stays current and informed in his study and research. The nurses and office staff are friendly, super helpful, detailed, and down to earth. They really care about the patients and ensure all questions are answered.

I Love Dr. Ross! He is a very friendly Dr. He has a great bedside manner, listens well, and always patient with me. He is very good about answering all my questions. He always has a smile on his face and is willing to help with my needs. His staff does a great job as well everyone is kind and helpful.

Horrible doctor and even worse staff! Dr. Ross watches his watch with his hand on the doorknob the entire visit. Doesn't listen and never gives his full attention. The staff is rude and arrogant. Mary, a Hispanic woman in the office is one of the most rude and nasty people I have ever encountered. Even though she is office staff she makes medical decisions for patients and is rude and pushy. She once threw away my wife's paperwork for a handicapped tag because she decided she didn't need it. This was after the doctor told her to drop the paperwork off at the office. It has been brought to his attention by more than one person how rude she is and he doesn't seem to care. Steer clear of this doctor at ALL COSTS!

I have been trying to get my husband an apt because of a referral from a coworker. Three weeks ago I called for an apt and was asked to email my insurance info so I did immediately. I called a week ago to check because no one has contacted me for an apt. I was told he was busy and the woman who handled the insurance would be in contact. THREE WEEKS AND STILL NO APT. I told her again what it was —-she goes we have to actually see the card. I said —really you can’t take my information ? She said — no ! We have to see it ... I’ve been seeing Dr. Ross since 2003 and he really seems to care. The nurses are friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend them to most people. They are usually pretty good about getting you in to see the Dr. as soon as they can. They have a phlebotomist there for some lab work, should you need any. They are a good place to go for your health needs. The reason for a 3 Star is because I was recently told that there will be changes with medications, due to stricter laws.That’s not good especially if you’ve been taking the same medication for years. I’d hate to go find another doctor that can keep prescribing my medication, but if they can’t find a way to get around the strict law changes, I won’t have a choice. Again, this is a great place to go to. I personally never had any problems with the staff there and they are worth the drive. Just being honest about the good and the sad. 14 year patient. Willing to listen. Stays current in study and research. Kind nurses. Thorough and detailed front staff.

Dr Ross I by far the best Dr that I have ever encountered, he is compassionate and caring.as well as fully educated. He has helped my marriage tremendously.

My family and I have been a patients of Dr. Ross for 16 years. He is caring, highly knowledgeable and really considers the person throughout. The office is new and clean, and the staff is professional and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience, and a place I can trust.

Dr. Ross is a wonderful doctor. He listens to everything I tell him and we work together to try to find solutions. He is generally concerned about my health and about helping to find ways to combat any issues I may have. I have been seeing Dr. Ross for about 10 years. His staff is great, the nurses are great! They always ask about my family! They always show concern about my health issues. I have been going to dr ross for years but never again will I ever go back. I have been having major back issues and after a X-ray and MRI his solution was for me to have back injections or just deal with the pain. When i asked him if there where any other options he told me no it was the injection or deal wit it and the pain med he prescribed me from the begging never worked. Each time I saw him I told him it wasn't working and instead of changing the med he told me to take more or to add Advil or Tylenol with it. I told him the medicine makes me sleepy and I have a toddler to take care of so sleepy is not a option. He still did not care and told me that the medication is a good one Well I am glad I listened to my instincts and went to a back specialist. She told me that after looking at my MRI there was no need to put injections in to my VERY HEALTHY SPINE. She said that was the worst thing he could of told me to do. Come to find out all I need is physical therapy and the medication he gave my for "pain" was never for pain and that sense I did not have any nerve problems which Is what that medication was really for that's why it didn't work. He does not care to listen to you and thinks he is a know it all dr. He decides what is best for you and there is no need to talk about other options cause he will shoot them down. I've been seeing Dr Ross for a few years now. I use to like him. However, I've NEVER liked his staff. EVER. The Hispanic lady that sits @ the front desk is incredibly rude & unprofessional! She's full of attitude & never acts as tho she's worried about any of the patients, myself included. The other ladies are okay, just okay. But her? She's AWFUL. I did like Dr Ross until the last time I went to see him. My anxiety had become an issue & was causing insomnia. He tried to prescribe me an antidepressant for sleep. I specifically told him I did NOT want an antidepressant for sleep. He told me that's what he was going to do anyway & simply walked out. No goodbye, nothing. He just left. When the nurse gave me my prescription I told her I refused to take that & I need something else. NO ANTIDEPRESSANTS. He came back into the room raising his voice @ me. Literally yelling at me!! Telling me "Do you NOT understand what my job is?! Do you not get it?! I know what I'm doing here!" I interrupted him & told him he had NO right to yell @ me & he needed to watch his tone. He looked embarrassed (I think he realised how unprofessional he was being) & then lowered his voice & spoke to me normally. He changed my prescription then left the room. No goodbye then either. He does that, just up & leaves w/o saying he's done. He's always done that. It's very abrupt. After that, I'm not sure that I'll be going back. Nobody deserves to be treated like that. This is one of the Best Doctor's in Weatherford Tx Dr.Ross listens to everything you have to say. Great bedside matters. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

I saw Dr Ross for 13 yrs every 3 mon for blood work for diabetes. I had continually complained about exhaustion, weakness & feeling sick. My wife went to my dr appt in Feb 2016. She noticed Dr Ross never even looked at me even when he listened to my heart & lungs. When we left my wife said that Dr Ross didn't looked at my yellowed eyes & ash skin color. She called & asked them to add a liver test. Turns out I have had stage 4 colon cancer for at least 3 yrs. I trusted Dr Ross with my health.

Not a thing! Extremely rude doctor!

Front desk was rude. I'm not a patient of the doctor. They will only accept you according to what insurance you use. We have Tricare. Kids have BCBS and Tricare. Thanks for nothing!

Super nice doctor. A real cut above.

I would refer Dr. Ross to anyone. He is a very good doctor. My husband and I have used him for a year and every time we go in to see him he takes his time with us, and asks questions. You cannot go wrong with him.
