Dr. Steven H Kaitz

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaitz for over 25 years. He has cared for my children since birth. He and his staff are caring, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. They know my family well and always accommodate our needs. We are very fortunate to have such caring, exceptional providers!

Exceptional, caring provider!

Have been going to Dr. Kaitz for 28 years. We travel from Goffstown just to see him. He always takes the extra time to really delve into what your symptoms are, goes the extra mile to get you treatment and is always caring and engaged. When my son was a toddler, he had chronic medical issues that were hard to diagnose and treat. Dr. Kaitz refereed is to specialists when needed and really thought outside the box when trying to figure out what was going on. I know in my heart that my son would not be the healthy, productive young adult he is now if it wasn’t for all the hard work Dr. Kaitz put into him.

I’ve been a patient for a number of years and have been really pleased with Dr. Kaitz and his staff. They’re efficient, with reminder calls when you have an appointment, with getting you in at the time scheduled, with answering questions when you have them in terms a layman can understand. It matters to me that people there call me by name when I walk in, laugh or commiserate with me on the phone. THEY KNOW ME. Dr. Kaitz is very skilled but refers to another MD when he thinks it better: He removed a precancerous growth from my shoulder but sent me to a plastic surgeon when one appeared on my face, since he thought my appearance might be affected by the surgery; I appreciated that thoughtfulness.

Dr. Kaitz is my doctor and has been for many years now. He and his staff at Pembroke Wellness are also treating and caring for most of my immediate family...my sons since birth and my parents. If you want a locally convenient, small town healthcare experience that provides TOP LEVEL care while still being able to know you by your name...not a number...this is the place!

Dr. Kaitz and his staff are friendly and efficient. I recently had a problem with something under my fingernail and was too scared to have it explored. Dr. Kaitz did an amazing job getting a 2 year old splinter out from under my nail. Oh what a relief it was. Dr. Kaitz always takes his time and sees you whenever you need it. It is so nice to be a patient instead of a number. 5 stars for my primary care office!

I ha e been seeing Dr. Kaitz and Mary Bacon,aprn for several years. They are wonderful. I can always call for an appointment and get right in. The office staff is friendly and know their job very well. I exspecially like Jen and Angela in the front. I have never had a problem here and just can't say enough good things.. thank yoh
