Mr. Steven L Allen

Dr. Allen is a wonderful doctor. We live in Dadeville, AL and actually drive 1 hr just to see him or his group. He's the only Doctor we trust with the truth about our care. Other doctors have gone woke and will not tell you the truth. We are a family of nurses and know the difference.

Dr. Allen and his staff are wonderful. They make you feel like family. They are very thorough and professional. ????

Dr. Allen is a proactive doctor who looks at the whole person instead of just fixing a symptom. He also fights for his patients. He pushed UAB to take care of a long term issue I have. He has been my doctor for almost 2 decades. I trust him implicitly.

Every experience has been good. Very attentive, genuine folks.

Appt was approached in a timely manner. Nurse, excellent on gathering also excellent on prepping the doctor. Dr. is fantastic. Great communication. Gives positive and negative of situation (if any) Orders ONLY relavent labs or films. Firm diagnosis. Very impressed.

I've been using them for years. The staff is wonderful. The doctor's actually listen to you. Best office I've been to.

Don't go here they charge you a copay than later on charge you again cuz they put everything under urgent care without telling you! Honestly they don't even deserve one star from me! Worst Dr. I've ever been to!

I love this Dr Office, they help my husband when no other dr would help him.The other Dr refused to help.

Didn't get to see him. The nursing and front office staff nice. The billing office people accused me of giving them 2 insurances when I gave them 1. I have had increase in migraines and my dr had to prescribe me more medications to reduce my stress. Folks pay attention to your bill and EOBS.

Most of the staff are nice except for the billing department. They want to accuse the patient for giving the wrong information to bill your insurance company. I was basically called a liar from Kay, when I told her I only gave them 1 ( my only primary insurance), not 2 insurances. Also, spoke with Tanya. NO HELP!!! Kudos, to Sara for giving me helpful information and a phone number they had all this time. All I wanted was all of us to be on the same page. I've been working on this for almost a year. The lesson here folks, if you know what insurance information you've given any doctor's office and you they screw you on the bill. Most of the staff are nice except for the billing department.
