Doctors were always great, but staff was not friendly and not helpful, especially when it came to insurance. They would not call the insurance company to verify benefits, even after we obtained the information they requested from the insurance company.

Doctor Planchet is a great doctor and even better person. He cared for myself as well as my family. I had minimal wait time and his staff took care of all my concerns and needs. I recommend him to my friends and family as I know I will keep coming back to him.
