Doctor Palmer and staff have been Great for me as I generally do not like dentist but they are a wonderful crew!

Caring, gentle, patient focused dental care. As an example: I am a type 1 diabetic and was having a low blood sugar event during an appointment. The staff found a regular (containg sugar) soda to help me recover, then waited patiently for me to feel better before continuing. I am so glad to have found Dr. Palmer and his amazing staff for my dental care. My teeth (and my overall comfort) are in great hands !!!

They acted like they didn't want me there. I got referred to 2 other dentists. They Were rude when making the appointment. Used to be awesome but something changed, my family and I will be going to a new dentist from now on.

This is the best Dentist I have ever gone to. If there’s one word that I could say to let you know how good of a dentist this is the word would be integrity!

I called in pain from a broken molar. Dr. Palmer fit me in at the end of the day, thank goodness! The entire procedure was smooth, totally professional and as painless as possible. He is very skilled at inserting the needles for the painkiller. The staff rotated through my place to check on me and made sure I was prepared to take care of the hole in my jaw. They purposely didn't explain coverage insurance before treatment. My husband paid $245 when he treatment. Later they sent another bill $66. The billing dept didn't check clearly insurance. Because of a previous experience from a different dental office years ago, I avoided going to a dentist. When I didn't have a choice I went to Dr. Palmer's office. I will be going there from now on. I am very pleased with the service, care, and friendliness I feel every time I go.

Loved the staff here. Gentle, up to date, and willing to work with my schedule. I would recommend them.

Dr Palmer got me in same day, and got done quick! Staff was patient and nice. Overall for a root canal, it was a good expierience.

Entire staff friendly and efficient with very little wait time. Scheduling appointments and reminders efficient as well! Thanks to Megan for her attention to a potential out of the ordinary problem!

Dr Palmer and his entire staff are exceptional. Since I have Aspergers, it is difficult for me to be in social environments, fortunately, the entire staff has accepted me as part of the family. I'm glad they are now my care team.

Going to a dentist for more that routine cleaning is never fun. But the folks in this office help make it less awful. Yesterday I had a crown removed to repare decay below it. There was lots of grinding, smoke, spray..., but pain was not a problem. The temp crown seems to fit fine and I was able to CAREFULLY eat a quarter pounder on my way home. Doctor Stephen Palmer is one of the top dentists in the state! I've experienced extensive dental work from him (& his staff) & I dont think anyone, could have done a better job! Dr. Palmer and staff are just great. Make you feel like family. Very good dentistry and cleaning skills, keep up with the latest and very meticulous with whatever is needed. I feel very lucky to have this quality up here on the mountain.

I have always enjoyed coming to Dr. Palmer's office since I was a teenager. His staff is kind and they are amazing at what they do. Dr. Palmer is also very friendly and does an excellent job in taking care of my oral health. I feel at ease and am relaxed while getting my teeth taken care of. Hands down best orthodontist office in town!
