As a customer you could not find a more comfortable and caring experience when being fitted with a new pair of glasses or just a simple adjustment. If you want to pay twice the price for the same service and glasses, go somewhere else. But I have found a place I will be happy to recommend to my friends for a wonderful experience.

I know that Steve has the best interest for customer. He has the best price in town for contract and frames and also lens. You have to know Steve to enjoy his work and his place of business. Go down there and check it out for yourself.

Horrible experience here due to the worker Steve. He was very unwelcoming and doesn’t know anything about customer service. Store looked very messy and didn’t seem like a place you should trust with your money.

Yes, you will save money, but Steve is a disorganized DISASTER! He forgets what you ordered, loses glasses, the place looks like WW3 was fought in there ... just a mess, but nobody will beat his prices. I ordered #4 tint on my lenses, but he delivered CLEAR, so how much did I really save? Must order again. Clearly, he trusts his own memory; you shouldn't! Me and my mom get every pair of glasses done through him from frames to lenses he does it all!

Steve is the best! If you need any glasses. He just does not carry the Cartier designer. He has all the others. If he doesnt have it he can get it! Shop around and get the price. He will definitely beat the price. You will be shocked! Remember let him tell you the price and you will be very ???? happy!

Been going here for years best prices and steve is VERY straight forward and honest

It's my second time purchasing eye glasses for my daughter at this location. She had just turned 3 the first time. We both love this place! It is not a stream-lined looking place like a chain store. It is a privately owned, two employee operated business with a HUGE selection of frames in a tiny location. He has Kate Spade, Ralph Lauren, Burberry, etc brands including brands of very unique frames. Prices are right! We initially went to a large chain and the glasses for my toddler were quoted at $400. The SAME glasses at Lukas were around $120.. that's the cost of the frames plus the lighter, thinner lenses with scratch resistance. We pay out of pocket. I have never worn glasses and my girl has some think lenses. He was so helpful in which glasses to choose from and which ones would be more comfy for her to wear, etc. He is also great at making sure they are adjusted to fit well too. If something changes, just being them back! Both my toddlers warmed right up to him and were laughing and happy when we left (and so was I). He reminds me of family of mine, loves to joke and is just nice to chat with. Plus, her glasses came in QUICKLY. Love this place!
