Personable. Took time to explore my health issues. Not rushed. Had read my chart before seeing me so was prepared.

Dr Heyman took the time to be thorough and explained in detail all causes and therapy options for my symptoms.

Dr. Heyman is a great doctor! I can tell that he loves his work! He did not rush through his appointment with me and took the time to show and explain my test results and answer my questions.

It was very informative and took as much time as was needed to explain everything and answer all my questions.

My appointment was ontime, everyone was polite and courteous, Dr. Heyman was very pleasant and professional.

Dr. Heyman is terrific! He has a personality mixed with professionalism and intellect. He was thorough, unrushed and committed to resolution of the problem. He is the type of clinician you never wish to see , but cant wait to see again!

This was a virtual consultation and the first one I had participated in. There was a technical problem during the consultation. Dr. Heyman , while displeased with the technical issue, remained professional and developed a plan to work around the problem to obtain the desired outcome. That is exactly what I’m looking for in a healthcare provider!

A Doctor who actually listens to my experience with long Covid 19. Very good at suggesting some vitamins I should add to my regiment. Enjoyed the visit

He was very informing and attentive. He answered all my questions and then some. He seems to really care about his patients.

Dr. Heyman took the time to review and explain everything related to my visit, and provided helpful advice with diet and general health. This personal approach to medicine is greatly appreciated.

My experience with Dr. Heyman was so delightful. He was very easy too talk to, he listens, and I was not rushed. Dr. Heyman also explains very clearly for you understand. On top of that, the waiting time was not long at all.

I went in because of issues breathing, maybe long haul COVID symptoms! After going through my medical records, Dr Heyman started to examine me and immediately noticed that my heart was in atrial afib, he sent me straight to the hospital

He is an excellent kind If I never posted this I’m sorry He is a compassionate physician who I met when I was 20 years old . He had just stared his practice. He has seen me my mother and brother. We love him . You can’t go wrong Blessings to each and everyone

This was my first visit with Dr Heyman. He is very personable and listened to what I had to say and also offered information to me for my sister who was diagnosed with COVID-19. I was referred to him and it was a great choice.

Dr. Heyman is not only a superb doctor but, also, caring and compassionate. He takes the time to listen and does not rush. I am very fortunate to have been referred to him 4-5 years ago.

Dr Heymen is an excellent doctor so the one star is not for him but his staff. I have been trying to contact the office for over a week and they will not return my phone calls. Went through Ascension chat and thanks to them the office called. I believe her name is Angela and she was convinced we had talked twice before, and that I was upset. I told her we haven’t talked, she only left one message, and today was the first time. She didn’t believe me , why would I lie? And she wouldn’t explain why she didn’t return my phone calls. I have been with this group for several years, I guess I will be looking for another doctor. Dr Heymen is an excellent doctor so the one star is not for him but his staff. I have been trying to contact the office for over a week and they will not return my phone calls. … More

I am so proud to have to have a great doctor and doctor Ferrell is also great they take they time with you and they both is very careing also.

Dr. Heyman was very patient and informative . He explained the cause of my health challenge in a way I could understand .

Dr. Heyman spent a total of 10 minutes with me discussing options for the two sleep studies I could participate in after paying a $50 co pay, then once I learned it would cost over $500 to do the in-home I declined it and two weeks later received a bill for $190. For what????? Ten minutes of your time to fix absolutely nothing. Can't imagine what the bill would've been without insurance. Will never return to St. Thomas or Dr. Heyman again.

Dr. Heyman did not follow up with me after recommending a sleep study. I went to another sleep doctor in the building and they were Excellent in explaining my condition and health risks.
