Dr. Campbell was one of the 1st doctors in NC to offer the sublocade injection for opioid dependence. In short, this shot along with Dr. Campbell's care quite possibly saved my life. He is very personable, receptive to feedback, takes the time to actually establish rapport with patients, is very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. It is obvious he deeply enjoys his work and is invested in the well being of his patients. Highly recommend!

He generally cares for his patients and takes time to listen to me when I go in.. all the nurses are sweet and in good moods.. Dr office is always very clean and so are the bathrooms!!

Dr Stephen Campbell is amazing he really do care about his patients his staff is incredible and friendly I have been going to this doctor's office for the past 4 to 5 years and they have helped me out tremendously with my health any and every time I call they are responsive even if I have to leave a message they'll call right back immediately I recommend this doctor's office to whoever! I’ve been seeing Dr. Campbell for the past 3 years and I love him! He’s very outgoing and talkative, which is a great quality for a doctor to have, since, of course they at times see you at your worst. It is definitely ideal to have good chemistry with your physicians. He also seems to listen to me, as well as my suggestions on what path I would like to take when it comes to my health (bloodwork, meds, etc.) I also adore his nurses! This has to be the worst doctor's office I have been too and I've been to several due to my health and things like that. I have been with them for 4 years maybe and they tend not to call you back when you leave messages they don't write things in your chart then nurses sit there and dont help you and then the doctor will leave you in the room while they sit there and they have full-blown out conversations with the pharmaceutical companies that come in. And then over the weekend I leave a message on the answering machine for the on-call doctor to give me a call and what happens to my surprisingly shock no one calls me back. I have had at least five different referrals and each one of them after Dr Campbell as told me that he was going to refer me to another physician I end up half has been to call his office to speak to the referral coordinator and then she doesn't even get it so the process has to start all over again. This is a repeated thing that has happened and I am finally done with this office. My advice to anyone that is looking at to this office not only is dr. Campbell not a good physician his staff up front doesn't take care of their patients correctly and the referral coordinator seems to never get any referrals her way to actually refer her patients the correct way. P.S. I used to work at the doctor's office so I know what should be expected from the staff and the doctors so that the patients are properly taken care of and this office and dr. Always fast and friendly staff!! Well organized, Finally a Dr. Office that gets it!!! Also very helpful... And they know your⌚️ is as valuable as theirs.

Dr. Campbell always makes you feel like he really listens

This doctor is always happy and doesn’t waste time. The nurse with glasses asks how my family is and remembers stuff I tell her and takes time to talk to me. The lady that draws the blood is like that too. Really nice helpful people.

Very caring, listens to what you have to say.

You are very quick to file insurance and get your bill paid, but it has been 5 weeks since I was seen and my prescriptions have not yet been sent to the pharmacy. I have been to the office 3 times and have called twice. I was told everything looked good an have a letter to Tata effect, however when I went into the office to get a detailed print I was told my cholesterol was to jigh. Not very good medical treatment.

I visited Dr Campbell several times. I had mixed feelings at first with him as his bedside manner was a tad bad. I let him know my feelings of this and since this he has improved so much that I really like him. I hope he is like this with other patients. I would recommend him as he is upfront. I do have a lot of health issues and being new, Dr's do not know what/who they are dealing with. This is why I went back to him after my appointment which was not so great. I know how hard it must be to know who is real and who is trying to get meds just for highs. Thank you Dr. Campbell for being a good doctor whom I can trust.
